Great Location

Well appointed apartment with two bar/restaurants in walking distance. The outlook from the balcony over the well kept communal gardens was very enjoyable. The property is managed by a very helpful English couple.

:::pros::: -buena situación -terraza grande -agua caliente correcta -aacc correcto -lavadora, frigo, vitro, tele OK -colchón matrimonio comodo -parking ok -piscina estupenda -puerta blindada -habitación matrimonio muy grande :::Cons::: -suelos sucillos (recogimos un recogedor completito tras barrer el piso entero) -microondas sucio -campana estractora sucisima y atronadora -encimera cocina sucia -armarios y azulejos sucios -a la cocina le hace falta un buen 'sabado' como el comer -pocos vasos de cristal -No recomendado para mas de 4 personas (4 sillas para comer, 3 sillas para terraza, 3 camas) -solo una sarten viable -armarios con polvo -sin sombrilla en terraza (imposible desayunar o comer al sol) -luz terraza insuficiente para cenar o jugar por la noche -uno de los colchones chicos es. incomodo. puro muelle blando. :::Falta de mantenimiento alto::: -persiana del salon rota (bloqueda en un lateral con una pinza de la ropa) -lavabajillas roto -puertas de cocina y baño se atoran a media apertura -toallero baño matrimonio roto -alcachofa baño grande en mal estado -luz campana estractora fundida -luces cocina al 40%(2 de 4 no van y una tiembla) -bombilla exterior puerta fundida -1 silla de las 4 que hay en terraza esta - rota -falta filtro en grifo cocina -falta escurreplatos adicional decente Poco mas, digamos q hay opciones mejores. la limpieza fastidia un poco.
