Nice building, well placed, but nightmarish apartment.
Equipment obsolete and not maintained; Air conditioning does not work, (heat wave during all the stay) replaced by big fans, not repaired in spite of signaling the arrival; oven unusable with system of hanging grilles on the door. The plate slips, falls and tilts in the bottom of the oven; cooking plate stops without stopping and locks; Only 1 set of keys, all occupants are condemned to stay together if only those who hold the keychain can return, the others stay outside while laying down, no possibility to secure the apartment without a key for the one who stays inside; kitchen and bathroom faucets very scaled; broken glass on a low table, by former tenant, without repair although promised; molds all along the joints bath and washbasin, 4 chairs in a rental provided for 6 people, broken balcony chairs, outdoor table dilapidated and uncleaned.

Mail complaint addressed to Novasol, received acknowledgment of receipt of my message but no action, no proposal or help of any kind neither during the stay, nor the day of departure, with all the luggage to go down the 8 floors on foot. We were 2 seniors with 2 young children,
This holiday was the worst of my life and I will never go to Holidays,
The announcement and photos of the apartment on the website are nothing but false advertising.
Only the reception reserved by the staff of the service provider who hand over the keys was up to the task and showed some sympathy for us. It is very unfortunate that this provider is just responsible for handing over the keys without being able to act directly on the owner in the case of disputes of this importance.
Big responsibility of the owner who cashes the rents without worrying about the maintenance of what he rents, big responsibility of the agency which does not check the apartments absolutely and does not require the owners to provide the service and the announced services otherwise it will be removed from the rental platform.
Bel appartement MAIS très mal équipé
Pour un appartement prévu pour 6 personnes:
un seul jeu de clés ?!?! 5 places assises...obligés acheter des petites cuillères...équipement cuisine à minima et très vétuste...Novasol,représentant du propriétaire , inopérant...Grand dommage car c'est un très bel appartement bien situé.
