About this property

The cottage is located in the first row in the dunes and ? quite unique ? only 150 m from the water. A footpath takes you to the wonderfully wide sandy beach. In all shared rooms is floor heating. The architect has ensured that the living room with large panoramic windows is bright and cozy and furnished with comfortable furniture. Already the view of the dune landscape makes you feel in the middle of nature. The house fits well in the nature, it is located on a dead end road on a 5300 m² dune plot with beautiful views of open landscape and dunes. A landscape that does not exist like this elsewhere in Denmark. The house is located between the two seaside towns of Blokhus and Løkken with a wide range of stores, cafes and restaurants, fishing spots and more. If you want to experience something different, there is the amusement park Fårup Sommerland, 15 minutes away by car. To Aalborg the drive takes 45 minutes.

Entspannung und Erholung

Leider war das Haus nicht wirklich sauber, die Küche war klebrig, der Ofen innen hatte noch Spuren vom Vorgänger. Die Betten waren nicht abgezogen und leider waren auch noch die Handtücher (schmutzig und benutzt) im Bad und Küche. Getopt von mehrfachen Hundekot auf Terrasse. So war erstmal putzen angesagt. Trotzt Kontakt mit Novasol kein entgegenkommen. Wir sollten uns an den Besitzer wenden. Tja nur wie…? Es gab keine Kontaktdaten und ehrlicherweise haben wir ja den Mietvertrag mit novasol….Alles in Allen, wurde es noch schön.
