In the heart of Cala Millor, lies this beautiful 91 sqm apartment. It is located on the 2nd floor (elevator available) of a multi-family house, which is only about 150 meters from the sea and the extensive sandy beach. It offers a bright living room with pull-out sofa for sleeping for two more people, a dining area for 4 people and a 25 sqm balcony facing south, with partial views to the sea.

TV / SAT TV with German programs.

The spacious bedroom with double bed, a large built-in wardrobe and the bathroom with vanity, toilet and bath. The other bathroom has a walk-in shower. fitted. The fully equipped kitchen incl. Dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker and toaster ... and the utility room with washing machine.

The beautiful garden has two pools and a children's playground.

The existing gas central heating is in the cooler times 'warmly' recommended, convenient for 'wintering' in Mallorca.

For your information:

In our beautiful plant is the last new house.

The construction site will be completed approximately in June 2018, since then the apartments will be handed over to the new owners.

Great location & very well equipped.

A beautiful spacious apartment in a lovely gated development just away from the centre of Cala Millor. The gardens & pool were great. The apartment was furnished and equipped to a high standard, with a wonderful large outdoor balcony, big enough for eating and sunbathing. The shops and restaurants are 100m away, and the beach 200m. There's a good choice of places to eat & drink. We found being slightly away from the beach an advantage, as it was quieter at night.

Very highly recommended. We'd suggest anyone renting this apartment to take the optional use of the underground garage, as parking can be difficult in Cala Millor

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub

Alles war so, wie wir es uns erhofft haben. Die Wohnung haben wir sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet vorgefunden. Alle Geräte und die Zentralheizung, die man abends benötigt, haben gut funktioniert oder wurden sofort repariert. Wir haben nichts auszusetzen. Unser besonderer Dank gilt den Eheleuten Heinrich, die uns bei allen Dingen und Fragen bestens unterstützt haben. Diese Wohnung kann man uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Einfach nur fantastisch

Wohnung sehr sauber und wie beschrieben nichts fehlt, nichts übertrieben. Schlüsselübergabe und Betreuung vor Ort perfekt. Der große Balkon zum wohlfühlen. Lage sehr gut, man kann alles (Strand, Einkaufsmeile, Eroski) innerhalb wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Pool und Anlage sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten die Wohnung über Weihnachten gebucht. Sie wirkt sehr schön, ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und sehr sehr sauber! Sehr angenehmer Empfang durch die "Hausdame", welche auch in der Anlage wohnt. Sichere Unterbringung des Autos in Tiefgarage, 3 Euro pro Tag. Die Anlage selber ist auch gut abgesichert, durch ein elektrisches Tor. Es gibt wirklich nichts zu beanstanden, alles im optimalen Zustand, toller Balkon, gut funktionierende Heizung und Internet mit WLAN. Cala Millor ist im Winter sehr ruhig, nur ein paar Geschäfte und Restaurants haben geöffnet, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten durch mehrere große Supermärkte am Ortsrand. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und freuen uns schon jetzt darauf!!!!

Sehr schöne komfort Wohnung mit großem Balkon und viel Platz in WZ u. Küche

Wir waren Ende November für 12 Tage in diesem Appartement. Alles sauber, gepflegt, gut ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet.

Auch die Lage für Strandliebhaber ist perfekt, sehr ruhig, aber nur 5 Minuten von Strand und Fussgängerzone entfernt!

Perfekte und flexible Betreuung vor Ort.

Sehr netter Vermieter.

Kurzum, wir würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen!

Cala Millor on the east coast of Mallorca on a long bay with white sand beach and a beautiful promenade.

This takes you eastwards to the old, picturesque fishing port of Cala Bona, to Port Verd, or south to Sa Coma, the nature reserve Sa Punta de Amer (Peninsula) until after Sillot - Cala Morlanda.

The water is turquoise blue and shallow, particularly suitable for families with young children.

For more than a kilometer long beach they walk about 150 meters., To the pedestrian area with many restaurants, bars and shops to be found just 3 minutes.

Nearby are the famous caves of Porto Cristo 'dragon caves' and the artist town of Arta.

Almost all sports opportunities in addition to a wide range of activities such as cycling, hiking, golf (in the range of 10 km, the possibility to use 4 golf courses) .... etc .... Cala Millor is an ideal base for Punk.
