Those seeking peace and relaxation, has found his dream house. Simply equipped, but with all the amenities like washing machine, TV with DVD player and Geschirrspäuler. This house is located just 100 meters from a small, little-used sand beach, the Natural Park Mondragó.

The after Mondragó, a bay with several small tributary creeks, named Mondragó Nature Reserve is located on the east coast of Mallorca, between the coastal towns of Porto Petro in the Northeast and Cala Figuera in the south. The protected area includes the beaches Caló des Borgit, Fonts de n'Alis (also called Mondragó) and s'Amarador with the dunes, wetlands and cliffs behind it, as well as agricultural land, forests and low hills.

Santanyí to its municipal area nature park belongs, only a few kilometers away and was residing a popular tourist destination for many tourists, but also many foreigners in the area or have their second homes. The market every Wednesday and Saturday not only offers great shopping, but also many attractions

Weiterempfehlung mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Wir hatten schöne Tage in dieser Finca. Wundbar gelegen, wenige Gehminuten vom Strand. Die Realität entspricht im wesentlichen den Angaben im Inserat. Es gab jedoch keine Kaffemaschine und auch keinen Internet-Anschluss. Die Matratzen waren ok, Bettwäsche und Handtücher frisch gewaschen. Die Küche sollte dringend saniert werden (abgenutzte Schränke und zusammenge-würfeltes Geschirr und Besteck). Es war größtenteils angenehm ruhig, aber in der Nähe befindet sich ein großer Hotelkomplex. Man hört gelegentlich Animationsgeräusche von dort. Zum Vermieter sollte man telefonisch Kontakt aufnehmen, emails blieben unbeantwortet.

Fazit: Wegen vermeidbarer Mängel leichte Abstriche bei der Weiterempfehlung.

Owner's Response: Lieber Gast, vielen Dank für die Bewerung, auch Kritik hört man gerne. Leider haben Sie sich nicht früher gemeldet, denn dann hätten wir Ihnen eine Filterkaffeemaschine gebracht. Das Haus verfügt im Moment nur über eine 'cafetera'. Wir werden diesen Winter einiges erneuern, uns ist bewusst, dass alles ein wenig einfach ist, aber die Lage, nur 100 Meter von einem unberührten Strand, ist sicher das Wichtigste.

This house is completely quiet and far away from all the tourist track in the famous Natural Park Mondragó and S'Amarador, but in a very short distance of many attractions and other necessary amenities such as restaurants, supermarket and shops.

The small child safe sandy beach is just 100 meters from the house.
