The Casa Mila in Nerja in the urbanization "Ladera del Mar" is first rented, 2015. The apartment was completely renovated and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a large living room with dining area. All rooms have modern furnishings. The 30 square meter terrace offers a wonderful sea view and is equipped with seating for 6 people and 4 sunbeds. Through the south terrace you have sun all day! The apartment is quietly situated in one of the most popular holiday resorts (Ladera del Mar) of Nerja. The downtown area is accessible by car in 5 minutes. In just a few minutes (about 300 m) you are at one of several beaches. Even the communal pool with plenty of sunbeds and parasols can be reached on foot in few minutes.

Really comfortable apartment

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Mila. We were looking for somewhere comfortable and warm (enough for potential February weather) during our half term break. Our party was 2 adults and 2 children.

The apartment is certainly a level or two above what you'd normally expect of a holiday let. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable, and the fittings throughout are of a good standard. We had reasonable weather but did need to use the heating at times. We have stayed in apartments before that are not really equipped for winter weather. Casa Mila was fine in this respect.

The booking process and communication with Olli and Iris was also a very good experience. They responded quickly to messages and returned our deposit promptly after our holiday.

The location of Casa Mila was good for us, but future visitors should make sure this is also right for them. It is very easy to find from the instructions provided. It's around 2 miles to the west of Nerja along the coast road. You could walk along the beach and coast path but it might be a bit of a stretch for some, especially bearing in mind that when you reach the edge of Nerja there is still a way to go to get to the centre. If you have time and energy this is fine, otherwise you'll need a car.

Casa Mila has a south facing balcony so catches the sun right through to the evening, and there is a wonderful uninterrupted view from the balcony across the sea. It is towards the top of a short but steep hill and there are a number of properties and the coast road between the apartment and the sea front itself.

Finally, the apartment is tuned for German visitors. There is an extensive selection of TV channels, most of which are German language. There is also a very good looking information pack, again in German. As English speakers (only!) this meant we were unable to take full advantage of these. That said, we didn't come to Nerja to watch TV and we were self sufficient enough to explore for ourselves, so this wasn't a problem at all.

Overall we would very much recommend Casa Mila to future visitors.

Egyszerűen tökéletes!

10 napra érkeztünk a családdal erre a gyönyörű helyre! Nerja egy kis andalúz gyöngyszem! A Casa Mila nagyon szép, tiszta, igényesen kialakított apartman! Mi 4-en érkeztünk - 2 gyerek, 2 felnőtt -, nagyon tágas és kényelmes volt számunkra. 2 háló, tágas nappali, étkező, nagy terasz, ahol jókat ettünk ittunk, nem beszélve a csodálatos kilátásról! Mindennel felszerelt, semmi nem hiányzott, mintha otthon lettünk volna! A környék tele gyönyörű színes, illatos virágokkal, csodaszép! A környék is nagyon rendezett, nyugodt és hangulatos. A közös medence nagyon szép és tiszta, ide is gyakran jártunk, a gyerekek nagyon élvezték. A tenger is közel van, a strandok tiszták, szinte mindenhol lehet napernyőt bérelni, úgy komfortosabb! Nerja központja közel van, esténként nagyon hangulatos, tele éttermekkel, ahol finomabbnál finomabb ételeket, italokat fogyasztottunk! Nekünk nagyon bejött, szívesen eljönnénk újra!

Outstanding!

Our family absolutely loved Casa Mila! It is immaculate in every way. Very nicely decorated and appointed, and dinner on the terrace with views of the ocean was perfect in every way. the pool opened the day we left, so we didn't use it, but it looked great and is a very short walk from the apartment. The location is ideal...a very quick 5 min drive into town where there are great restaurants, shops, groceries, and beaches. We loved exploring the amazing cave nearby, hiking down to a deserted beach, and the beautiful hill town of Frigiliana was a short drive away and a must-visit. We highly recommend Casa Mila!

Traumhafte Aussicht

Die geräumige Ferienwohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gepflegt und die Küche ist modern, sehr praktisch und lässt nichts zu Wünschen übrig. Mit den 2 Bädern ist der Aufenthalt für 2 Paare ideal. Auch wenn es zur Ferienwohnung ein paar Treppenstufen zu laufen ist, hat man durch die terassenförmige Anlage der Häuser dann einen wundervollen Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Bauweise ist so , dass man seine Nachbarn gar nicht bemekt, wenn man auf der großzügigen Terasse sitzt oder in der Sonne liegt. Ein kleiner Pool in der Nähe ermöglicht eine Erfrischung zwischendurch, wenn man nicht bis zum Meer will. Ein Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung war immer gut zu finden. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben uns im Vorfeld noch mit vielen nützlichen Tipps versogt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Vacation so if you have in a dream.

Dear Ollie and Iris, in Casa Mila enjoyed a great holiday.

The beautiful apartment with its super view is phenomenal.

Very compleet appartment, in the naberhood the swimpool.

Every morning breakfast on the terrace, the day can not go wrong.

If then we have any questions the very friendly and helpful Mrs.Nuttee.

The stairs were a bit less, but good for the condition.

We must say in one word it was great to be in Casa Mila Nerga

( Nerja Spain).

Ankommen und Wohlfühlen

Die Tür der Ferienwohnung aufschließen, betreten und ein gutes Gefühl haben. So erging es uns in der "Casa Mila". Wir haben uns alle Räume und den Balkon angesehen und hatten sofort das Gefühl, dass wir uns in dieser Wohnung wohl fühlen könnten. So kann der Urlaub starten. Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Einteilung. Sie ist hell, freundlich und modern eingerichtet; lediglich die Badezimmer sind ohne Fenster. Alle Räume haben Fliegenschutzgitter und das Wohn- sowie die Schlafzimmer haben Klimaanlage, was an den heißen Tagen während unserer Zeit sehr nützlich war. Am Pool war fast immer eine kleine leichte Brise zu spüren und Schattenplätze gab es immer genügend. Liegen waren nicht immer zu bekommen (da Hauptreisezeit), aber es wurden keine Liegen reserviert, so dass man davon ausgehen konnte, dass nach kurzer Zeit wieder welche frei wurden. Der Ort Nerja hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Im Kreisverkehr vor der Urbanisation ist eine Bushaltestelle, von der aus fast stündlich, bis auf einige Ausnahmen, ein Bus nach Nerja fährt. Da wir in diesem Jahr zum 5. Mal in Andalusien waren und schon einiges von Andalusien gesehen haben, haben wir wegen der Hitze nicht ganz so viele Sightseeingtouren unternommen. Nerja, Frigiliana, die Höhlen von Nerja, Malaga und Competa haben wir uns in diesem Jahr angesehen. Alles ist sehr empfehlenswert. Ein Mietwagen ist aus unserer Sicht notwendig, sei es nur für Einkäufe oder auch Strände zu besuchen. Fazit: Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und können die "Casa Mila" auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Allerdings muss man wissen, dass einige Treppenstufen zur Wohnung und zum Pool zu bewältigen sind.
