Irena & Pero purchased this house in 2010

Why Irena & Pero chose Dubrovnik area

Our holiday home are situated in Zaton bay which is the place with highest number of sunny days in region of Dubrovnik. The name Zaton is many centuries old as the place was known as a wine growing region producing best quality wines for the nobelty of the old Dubrovnik Republic. Today the Zaton area is known for many villas and houses located directly on the sea with completely open sea view and sunshine all the day. Known for its sunny side, the Zaton bay is open for swimming also during the winter. Though the swimming season ends in November, there are many locals that wait for sunny days in winter during January when the temperature during the day can be up to 25 Celzius, enough for a jump into the sea. The real swimming season again starts in May when temperatures are nice, a little hot, but not too hot, perfect for holidays. 1st of May is the time when vacationers come again to Zaton to enjoy the sea and the sun every day. Because of its seasonal life the area of Zaton is known as a place for holidays with people coming here from all over the world.

What makes this house unique

Picture perfect sunset views over the bay. - Great location for explore islands and the Dubrovnik Riviera. - Excellent food and wine in all Dubrovnik area - Proximity to beaches and port of Dubrovnik.....great place for family and friends to recharge. The private pool and hot tub is also very secluded and offers guests the opportunity to enjoy all the amenities of our holiday villa.

Just perfect vacation and holiday villa

  • 5 of 5

Our family from England was first time in Croatia and stayed for week in this wonderful holiday villa. We could not have wished for a better stay. Upon arrival the owner Irene meet us, showed us around and was most helpful! We were provided with fresh almonds and homemade liker, and introduced with a brief history of the area and the house - we were most impressed....spesually private pool with amazing sea view and Spa pool area.Throughout the stay the owner could not have been more helpful; additionaly, Irena who helped us organised the stay was fantastic, and helped us arrange a hire large car for one daily trip to Montenegro, allowing trips to Old Town, trip to Island from Zaton and daily trip to Ston ( amazing mussels and don`t miss to see longest walls).House is situated 10 minutes drive from centar of Dubrovnik, beach and restaurants within walking distance from house. We are recommended Restaurant Casar in Zaton Veliki.I really cannot sing enough praise about this holiday home, the owner and the local Croatian people. We been all very satisfied with our family holiday in Dubrovnik Croatia. We really recommend it, especially if you prefer to stay in a place where you can relax in peace and quiet.

Thank you Irene for all and hope to see you again!

Happy Birthday Celebration Holiday

  • 5 of 5

Irena, the chatelaine of Villa Noah, could not have been more helpful in every possible way, helping to make our holiday the great success it was. The accommodation suited our needs perfectly and the advice Irena provided about transport, provisioning, sea trips, etc, etc, was such a boon. I have no hesitation in recommending the Villa Noah.

Lovely holiday villa and fantastic vacation

  • 5 of 5

Staying at Irena and Pero's holiday home villa was by far the best part of an already wonderful and delightful trip to Europe. There were 4 adults in our group. You can go to the amenities tab on the homeaway link to read what the villa offers in terms of rooms, outside space, etc. But, you can read the following to learn how renting specifically from Irena & Pero (and their lovely children) added more to our trip than we could have hoped for. They are warm and kind and incredibly knowledgeable about their city and the options available to you as a guest/tourist. It was like all the best parts of staying with family. They let us alone for the most part but were readily available when we needed assistance. They arranged taxis for us, or actually dropped us off at where we needed to be sometimes. They also offered recommendations on restaurants, tourist attractions, and other "what to do" ideas. Irena works with the same group of tour-guides (known well to her) that are not only knowledgeable but passionate about their country and its history so you learn so much on the sightseeing trips. Their holiday villa is beautiful, up to date and spotless/very cleanly. It is a 10 minute, inexpensive taxi ride from Old Town. The ride to/from Old Town is along the beautiful Dubrovnik coastline, so the taxi ride always felt like a beautiful sightseeing tour, too. The home is a 2 minute walk from a delightful restaurant on the bay in Zaton Mali (ask for Borro!). And a very picturesque 20 minute walk along the shoreline to other great restaurants in Zaton Bay. I cannot say enough about Irena & Pero and their beautiful home.

Giving them the highest available rating on Homeaway!

Fantastic stay, perfect views and facilities !!!

  • 5 of 5

We been in this holiday house for our Easter holidays with a group of 8 people. We were lucky to have a full week of sunshine,so the pool area was in use every day. Pool area is really big and it has enough nice sund beds to enjoy on sun. This stone house is a lovely, secluded villa ideally situated near Dubrovnik. It is a very well maintained, well equipped and clean villa having everything you need for a relaxing stay.Outside is pool with sun beds area with exellent sea view and also highly recommended heated Spa pool.....just perfect ! The owner Irena were extremely helpful and approachable. We enjoyed visiting the nearby resort of Radisson ( just 2km from villa), watching the world go by and the beautiful sunsets and old city of Dubrovnik. Also one day we been on trip to Kotor ( Montenegro ).Kotor are essential visits, full of history and very photogenic. All in all a great holiday and we will certainly be back. We would thoroughly recommend this holiday villa to a friends or relative coming to this part of Croatia.

Lovely accommodation, lovely view, peaceful

  • 5 of 5

My sister and I had just 4 days to take a break and we had the most marvellous time at Villa Noah. Irena's brother, Robert, picked us up at the airport and gave us a fantastic and interesting ride to the villa, he is extremely knowledgable and speaks great English.

Irena was so welcoming and offered lots of advice about things to do but quickly understood that all we wanted was to relax. She brought us the most amazing pancakes on our first night and a fantastic meat and fish platter with baklava for our last night. The accommodation is lovely, a sea facing balcony and a second one on the side with sea views; a pool terrace behind the property with partial sea views and a lovely outside dining area with barbecue.

We weren't able to use all the lovely benefits of Villa Noah due to the short stay but would really recommend this place .

Thank you so much Irena and Pero, Emma and Noah

Fantastic holiday and perfect place !!!

  • 5 of 5

My family and me spent a wonderful vacation in the spacious holiday house in September and we had an absolutely great week of sunshine & relaxation.Holiday home is very spacious both inside and outside, with high-quality facilities throughout. The location is fantastic: beautiful view, nice and quiet but still not far away from the city of Dubrovnik. The supermarket is very close and there are a few good restaurants within walking distance..We were 8 persons, so the house accommodation with four bedrooms was perfect for our needs. The outdoor kitchen and dining place (with spa pool),large stone BBQ was wonderful! The swimming pool terrace was also amazing: nice sunbeds, own peace and quiet and even a sea view. The owners were also fantastic. They give advice about what to see and do and arranged transport service when needed and organise transfer from airport to villa. Perfect customer service! Two days we visited old city Dubrovnik and one day we took trip to Ston, Peljesac and Korcula ( the winerys are amazing). We been all very satisfied with our family holiday and really recommend it, especially if you prefer to stay in a place where you can relax in peace.Dubrovnik Region is something what you need to visit and feel. Thank you for all - hope to see you again.
