This home is a very well appointed, optimally located town home at Telemark (see picture of exact location). The design & accessories are all of a western Colorado motif featuring various cowboy paraphernalia, a saddle, ropes, spurs, chaps, etc. This home is very unique in style and decor.

The Telemark is located in downtown Winter Park which is the hub for activity and services for the area. Practically all of the restaurants, boutiques, ski shops & bars are located within walking distance of Telemark in Winter Park. The free & very frequent bus service to and from the ski area is accessed within 100 yds of the property.

The subject property is a luxurious, 2,200 square feet, end unit with maximum south facing, solar exposure (3 sides of windows), continental divide/mountain views and a superb view & access to the Fraser River situated immediately adjacent to the home and fronting both the lower level patio & the main level deck.

The Great Room is over 400 square feet and provides uninterrupted views to the Continental Divide and has multiple access points to the 300 square foot wrap-around deck. A high definition television/entertainment center provides 5.1 surround sound and a fireplace are the focal points in the living room.

The private hot tub is located on the lower level patio and accommodates 4-6 persons and most importantly it has an uninterrupted view of the Fraser River just 30' away!

Surrounding Area Amenities: There are four, high quality restaurants within several hundred yards of the subject property including several family oriented establishments such as a pizza specialty, sushi and a Cajun establishment. More restaurants can be reached by walking 3 blocks into the heart of the downtown area.

The Telemark is the closest, new condominium community in Winter Park to the new $18 million recreation center and the new movie theater/bowling alley. There is an improved, pedestrian path/sidewalk interconnecting The Telemark to the recreation center and the movie theater/bowling alley located less than 500 yards (5 minutes) to the immediate north. The rec center will have an indoor pool, loop slide, lazy river, gym, weight room and sauna/steam bath facility.

Uniquely located on the Fraser River the owner acquired the site in 2005 and proceeded to develop the Telemark property keeping the subject home for himself.

What makes this townhome unique

the subject home is the 'pick of the litter' with custom features throughout such as hand picked, slab granite in both the kitchen and all baths, custom lighting, upgraded travertine tile in the bath and tub surrounds, etc. The subject location was considered to be the best of all Telemark homes by the owner/developer due to the privacy, proximity to the Fraser River and the sunlight that one receives throughout the day.

Perfect for our retreat

We are so at home here! Its scenic, quiet, and light with a wrap around balcony and sliding doors that allow plenty of natural light and outdoor beauty. The river provided a perfect backdrop that gave us the sense that we were enjoying the best the Rocky Mountains has to offer.

Nothing was out of place. It was tastefully decorated and furnished. Not like most second homes I've seen.

We hiked, shopped and enjoyed dinner out without getting in the car. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Winter Park. Its perfect.

Best experience ever!

Words cannot express how perfect our stay was at this property in Winter Park. The town home is absolutely meticulous. The owner has decorated in a genuine western-style complete with actual saddles and other authentic pieces. The kitchen is so well-stocked, there wasn’t a thing we needed. Our family of eight, including three little ones, were extremely comfortable in every way. Morning coffee on the back deck, with an incredible view, was so peaceful. The owners have truly thought of everything one might need or want. We found several delicious local restaurants with varied cuisine. We enjoyed shopping, biking, hiking, fishing, horse back riding and driving the entire spectacular Rocky Mountain National forest. The town even has a great little bowling alley/arcade/movie theater. We truly had an amazing time and are already planning for next year. Best vacation ever.

Great Townhouse, decor and furnishings high quality.

Good location - 10 mins via shuttle to lift station, max 15 min wait for bus. Some restaurants within 10 mins walk. Would certainly book again if heading this way.

Great town home along a peaceful river

The town home was perfect for our group. Having the bedrooms along with their bathrooms on different levels gave everyone plenty of privacy. We loved being able to put our car in the garage so that we didn't have to dig it out of all the snow we got while there. : )

The location was perfect for us to walk to 2 restaurants and the sound of the river behind us was so relaxing. We would definitely stay there again when we return to Winter Park.

The property was gorgeous. The location was ideal.

We were very please with our stay. The location is great and allows you to walk all over town and enjoy the sounds of the creek. The interior was beautiful and having all three rooms on separate levels with their own baths was great. The kitchen was completely stocked and allowed us to cook/grill all of our meals. Would definitely recommend when visiting Winter Park.
