We have a fitness center a (spa see picture), great big pool & sun bathing deck overlooking pond. Condo is directly across from pool. This is unbelievable what you get for this price. If you didn't rent this unit I would be there myself.

Condo is in -Best Location across pond facing pool & club house. Nice Balcony too far enough away from all the pool to have privacy.

There is always a rotten apple out there.
This lady tried to stay longer because of the volcanoes in Great Britain.
Basically she freaked out because she could not get home.
She charged a bunch of things than claimed her card was lost so she tried to get a 3 days free from us.
Unfortunately for her we had her other credit card information and could not steal from us. That's why she was MAD!
We hear she stuffed the pizza man and others in the area with the card she said was lost.
This will all caught up with her in the end I'm sure.
She will never be allowed at Cane Island again.
This was our 3rd time staying at Cane Island and this was the best condo we've stayed at.
Everything was clean and the pictures were accurate (we stayed in the condo with blue walls).
The condo overlooks the lake and club house and is on the 2nd floor so perfect for privacy and a great view.
Can't recommend this highly enough although the one (very small) negative was that there is no wifi (only wired connection).
We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.
This was our first time at this property. If we weren't moving to Florida, it wouldn't be our last. My wife is transferring to Fl. for a job transfer and we rented here for four nights to look around for an apartment. I can't say enough about this condo. Clean, well decorated, complete with all you need for a great stay. The last time I saw towels folded into animals was on a cruise ship! (nice touch).
Extremely quiet building. Plenty of parking (two passes). Didn't use pool but it was very nice. Full size washer and dryer in unit (didn't use). Large kitchen, comfortable bed, plenty of linen and more than enough pillows. Mgmt. agent was great. First morning, coffee maker died. One call and we had a brand new one within hours. This place was so well kept that my wife and I almost cleaned before we left!! Nice balcony overlooking pond, three TV's and internet access. Hard wired so bring adapters if you have a tablet.

We stayed 5 nights. This is a very quiet place to stay, very little noise from neighbors. We were comfortable in the king bed. The pillows could use an update, but that's not a big deal. The twin beds were fine, but rather squeaky. The sofa bed was typical, I would not want to sleep on it. (The usual thin mattress where you feel every spring). The condo is nicely decorated, with a nice view. The kitchen was well-stocked, though we didn't use it much. We loved having a washer and dryer so we could pack light. The A/C worked great, the water pressure was fine. There is a password on the side of the router which worked just fine for our iPhones to use wifi. We didn't use the TV's so can't comment on that other than there are 2 nice flat screens. There's a drug store on the corner, many restaurants close by and a Walmart near. It's a great location. Not far from Universal or Disney. It was nice to take my breakfast out on the balcony and enjoy the view. Parking gets pretty full, but we never had to park very far away. We never used the pool, so can't comment. We spent our days at the parks and pretty much just came here to sleep. It would definitely work fine for longer, more relaxed stays as well. We loved the flooring in the kitchen & living areas.
Cane island is great. This condo was really nice and had everything we needed EXCEPT a working air conditioner which was broke our entire stay. The management company were quick to respond to us and did bring many fans to try to help with the heat however the owner did not feel like he should compensate us in any way after learning that nights were unbearable for us. My husband and infant and our mothers all had a very hard time sleeping with the heat. We contemplated renting a hotel the last two nights but it would have been too difficult to move everything with the baby. I wouldn't rent from this person in particular again but there are plenty of other tentals at cane island that I'm sure would be great.
We truly enjoyed our stay in Orlando (Kissimmee), and having a nice place to return “home” to every night was a significant part of that experience.

We were very happy with the condo. The photos accurately reflected the condo and it was neat and clean when we arrived. The condo is centrally located near major attractions and with a Publix, CVS and Krispy Kreme just around the corner (not to mention the countless restaurants), it was a great spot. We had an opportunity to use the pool and take a walk around the grounds. It was quiet during out stay.
It was so nice to have the extra room to relax and unwind after a busy day. We look forward to renting the condo again.
