Enjoy 'A Beachside Kiss' in this beautiful one-story Seaside cottage!
Perfectly situated behind Seaside's town square in Seaside proper, this 3 bedroom/2 bath beach home sleeps 8 comfortably and all on one floor. A Beachside Kiss is adorned with a large front porch complete with rocking chairs and swing perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or just watching the Seaside town bustle by. Inside you're greeted with a large open living area, high definition flat screen TV, oversized square dining table (seats 8), and a gourmet kitchen complete with stainless appliances and Emeril Lagasse pots and pans for the chef in the family!
Just off the dining room is a Florida room with sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) and sitting areas with curtains to give you a little privacy from the main living space.
The 3 bedrooms are off the main living space. The king master suite offers a flat screen TV, private master bath with bath/shower combo, and marble sink top. Across the way you'll find the king guestroom with flat screen TV and bunk room (sleeps 2) with flat screen in amoire. The two guestrooms share the 2nd bathroom with bath/shower combo and dual sinks with granite countertops.
Off the back of 'A Beachside Kiss', you'll find an outside shower and back deck space. A Beachside Kiss has a guest house, A Moonlight Hug, that is also available for rent. Ask us about renting the two cottages together or separate.
*Please note this cottage only allows Saturday-Saturday rentals during our high season.

We enjoyed our stay at this perfect Seaside cottage. We came down looking for wedding venues in the 30a area and we loved everything about the house and the location. We traveled with three kids under the age of 3 and the ranch style made our stay extremely easy and we had a wonderful time! We'd reccommend staying here to all of our friends and we'll be back in September for the wedding!
To start out Seaside is an amazing place and this house is the best place to stay! The house is just as it looks in pictures, but a little bigger. It's all one story and has a great lication to downtown & the beach! We stayed here over Columbus Day weekend 2014, for a wedding. There were 2 couples and one single girl (we are all late 20s). It was great space for us all. The bride and groom rented the guest house (moonlight hug) which was adorable too! We loved it so much we are planning a return trip this next year with our family (my husband & I, our twin 2 year old girls & my parents who are in their late 50s). We know this house will be perfect with our girls since it's all one story! We got to see a lot of the other guests of the wedding's houses and this was def one of the best!! Can't wait to go again :)
We spent a wonderful week at Beachside Kiss with our family of four (5 and 2y old) and one set of grandparents. The single story was great for us - no gates needed and my retiree father who has trouble with stairs were able to vacation worry-free. Two large bedrooms and bunk room were plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is amazingly equipped, which is a huge bonus when on vacation! There was not a single kitchen tool or gadget forgotten, so we were able to prepare and cook meals with ease. Our kids loved the front porch to sit and watch people coming and going. The location is very close to the center of town, great for when you need to run to Modica Market for that forgotten ingredient or bottle of wine!
