Sunny, South facing patio. Sit and enjoy the court side patio, grilling your dinner after a fun and relaxing day at the beach, lounge on the patio sectional couch! The patio is just yours to enjoy. Everything you need for a beach vacation-- bikes (very used), beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas. NEW Smart TV in the family room, watch Netflix, Amazon prime video, or stream to the TV right from your phone without logging in. Direct TV included. Master bedroom with a king bed and flat screen TV, 2nd bedroom with 2 twins (and a queen air mattress for guest 5/6 if needed) . Internet, 2 flat screen TV's, washer and dryer. Located one court South of the roller coaster (Ensenada Court), beachside. One parking spot in our carport.

Leave the house how you found it accept for the normal cleaning needed. TREAT IT LIKE YOUR OWN HOME, I REALLY APPRECIATE IT!

I supply 2+ rolls of TP per bathroom, please bring or buy extra if needed. Ring camera only outside above side door, not on patio or inside!

I ask guests to wash the towels they are done with, to help housekeeper because of time. Wash/dry as much as possible, do not fold. No stress!

Great spot!

Location was great- close to the restaurants and activities of mission beach and pacific beach, and easy to access north county and downtown. Great stock of adult bikes, boogie boards, and sand toys for the kids. Kids loved the close proximity to both the bay (calm, less people and wind) and to mission beach. Coffee spots and a little market were great to have right next door. The patio was great, quiet spot to relax at after a day out and about. Parking spot was tight, but we managed fine with a suburban. Host was a great communicator. The place had everything we needed- well equipped! We’d definitely stay again!

Spring Break

We traveled to San Diego in March for our spring break. The location of the house was great for our family. We purchased the Go City pass which allowed us access to many of San Diego’s attractions. Everything was close to this location and it was very easy getting in and out. We spent our afternoons walking up to the Plunge and spending time in Belmont Park. The house was a perfect size for our family. We are already looking to book the same trip next year!

This place is in a great location once you park you’re in walking distance to everything. Had a great time riding the bikes the boardwalk

Perfect Location

This rental is in the most ideal location. We were steps from the ocean, the protected bay, Belmont Park, restaurants, great kids playgrounds. We pretty much didn’t need the rental car we had. The patio was the perfect place for lunch. The two twin beds were perfect for our kids. We can’t wait to come back one day!

Great for our Needs

The property size and location met our needs. The house and court yard is very nice. The only negative thing for me, was towels had stains and kitchen utensils, cups, plates pots pans weren’t that clean. Easy fix on that. Overall,stay was wonderful. The property is very nice.
