Bahia de la Plata has a very good equipped gym, an indoor pool with hot tub, paddle court, Spa / Jacuzzi area, Turkish bath and 2 outdoor pools. The tropical gardens along the beach provide a great landscape. Access to the location is monitored at all times by a security cabin. The illuminated outdoor swimming pool, children's pool along with the leisure area, where you can also find a covered paddle court, make the apartment an ideal place for all tourists. Private parking is available.
The 2-bedroom apartment has a living room with a couch, dining area and flat screen TV. The rooms have exceptional carpentry both inside and outside, wardrobes, high-quality beds and mattresses. A washing machine, oven and microwave are in the kitchen here. The en-suite bathroom has a hydro massage shower. The apartment is air conditioned very modern, has automated shutters, an alarm system and underfloor heating are everywhere.
The unique tropical gardens stretch down to the beach and the Promenade allows guests to Estepona within a few minutes walking distance. The center of Estepona is 3km away. Bahia de la Plata is located next to Hotel Kempinski and is surrounded by luxury resorts as Puerto Banus. The many golf courses [Laguna Village is within walking distance], beaches in real close to make this location ideal for many recreational activities. The Golf Club of Caledonia is located 2 km away. Marbella can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Nearby there is a Carrefour and Aldi.

Ausgezeichnetes Objekt

Die Wohnung ist hervorragend und auch im Winter dank Fußbodenheizung sehr gemütlich. Die Wohnanlage ist gepflegt, einen kleinen Abstrich gibt es beim internen Bad, das sehr klein ist, und dem Dampfbad, das einfach nicht warm genug ist. Sämtliche Einrichtungsgegenstände haben funktioniert, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Ergänzt werden sollte in der Beschreibung, wo der Internet-Router ist und dass er bei Ausfall des Internets neu gestartet werden muss. Das war mehrfach notwendig.

Toller Kurzurlaub

Wir waren Ende Oktober für 4 Übernachtungen in Estepona, nochmal einen Hauch Sommer zu uns nehmen. Das Apartment, die ganze Anlage, gebaut um 2012/2013 ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, etwas verbaut (Kinder und alte Leute sollte man nicht orientierungslos umher irren lassen), der Blick ist - so nah am Meer - atemberaubend, und wer permanentes Meeresrauschen liebt, kommt auf seine Kosten. WLAN und TV liefen problemlos. Lichtschalter / Heizung (?) / Klimaanlage, letzteres beides in unserem Fall nicht benötigt, sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, benötigen vermutlich ein abgeschlossenes Technik-Studium. Es war alles da, was man brauchte. Das ganze erinnerte schon irgendwie an Luxus und Hightech. Mein persönliches Highlight waren die Bäder, vom Allerfeinsten, viel Glas und Spiegel (ich muss das ja nicht dauerhaft sauber halten, haha). Das Apartment ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und es war einfach schön, dort zu wohnen. Blöd war, dass das Restaurant, auf das man blickt, leider das einzige auf der Ecke (ansonsten 3-4 km mit dem Auto oder bei Kempinski und Co. arm werden), bereits geschlossen war. Die ganze Anlage wunderschön angelegt, sieht von außen nicht schön aus, der ganze Komplex, aber wenn man drin ist, kann man es sehr genießen. Ein schönes Fleckchen Andalusien. Gerne wieder,
