Welcome, comfortably situated on the outskirts of Lindau under the roof of an apartment building in this beautiful, bright 77qm large apartment in Weissensberg (district Rehlings).

The apartment is so high that you do not fog, as in Lindau City is often the case, also have no traffic jams (can also take the bus from the nearby bus stop to Lindau, if made during the high season there parking problems). They always have a secure, private car outside the house.

The living room has a dining area, sofa with satellite television, desk. One bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed (1 40m wide) and a high board.

The bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet and toilet.

The kitchen has a fridge, cooker with ceramic hob and oven, sink, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc.

Another storage room in the hall, wardrobe and shoe cabinet in front of the apartment.

The apartment is sunny, bright, equipped with a parquet floor and the living room has a beautiful view of the mountain chapel.

Included in the price is the cost of electricity, water, garbage removal, parking lot in front of the house, washing machine in the basement with the possibility of there the laundry and hang, use of the bicycle cellar for bicycles and prams. The garden behind the house may also be used by you.

Also included are the linen and towels (not beach towels for the swimming pool).

On the last day you can have breakfast in peace, for the thorough cleaning is also included, ensuring that you always come in a clean, trimmed flat.

You also need here to pay no tax, as is common in almost all places on Lake Constance.

You will receive from me a detailed tenant departure info with many tips.

In the surroundings you can do the following activities: pony ride, surf course, sailing/sailing course, diving course, ride in a balloon, climbing, hire a bike, quad tours, golf, kurs for inlines and skateboard, paddle excursion, canoe-tours, tennis.

Here you can do all year holiday because you've got the best starting point for trips to Lake Constance, to Austria and to the nearby Allgäu and somewhere is always something happening :)

Winter:

Make ski on the edge of the Allgäu (only 15km to Scheidegg with slopes and trails).

Celebrate in February and March the Carnival with parades and festivals.

Events in March:

Classic fish, Riverdance.

April and May:

Cycle through the apple and cherry blossom and an afternoon snack in one of the cozy taverns in the villages.

Events: Lindauer Garden Days, International Bodensee Festival, Flower Festival, Seelaax), Vintage Bodensee Klassik, Art Market at the lake, Whitsun Festival,

Summer:

Enjoy the summer on Lake Constance in Lindau beach or at the nearby leisure center Oberreitnau, on the nearby Trimmdich- or forest trail.

June and July:

Jazz Festival, Historic Days, medieval festival, castle-adventure

Winzer days, Montfort hard), Embankment Festival, Children's Festival

August and September:

Play golf:

The nearby golf course Weissensberg is not only famous, but one of the 'Big Five' in Austria and Switzerland.

If the requested week to be fully booked and you are open to other destinations, then you have plenty holidays in Sweden on the long sandy beach (object no. 47287 and 504 191), or on the west coast of Sardinia (Property no. 767483) in Sardinia.

Welcome to this spacious and bright apartments, situated comfortably under the roof of an apartment building in Weissensberg (district Rehlings) adjacent town of Lindau, and available all year round.

The living room has a dining set, sofa, satellite TV and a work desk. The larger bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe, the smaller bedroom has a queen bed (1 40m wide) and a high board.

The kitchen has an electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, sink and refrigerator.

The bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet and sink. The washing machine is located in the basement with the ability to dry the laundry in the same room on the clothesline. In the hallway is a cloakroom, utility room and an additional front of the apartment a shoe rack.

If you make cycling holiday, you can safely park your bicycle storage room.

Also, the rear garden is for your use, since all the other apartments in the house have a balcony.

The rental price includes a thorough cleaning, linen, towels, the additional costs for electricity, water and garbage disposal, use of washing machine, bicycle storage, garden and a car parking space in front of the house.

You do not need to pay any tax, which is common in other locations on Lake Constance.

The apartment is a Non smoking apartment and has a parquet floor. In regard to Haustierallgergiker Pets are not allowed.

You can relax and take a vacation and also on the last day leisurely breakfast, for the final cleaning is included in the price.

You can eat in the restaurant across the street or in 2 pizzerias (in 10 min. Walking distance). Your children can play away or visit the horses in the paddock at the nearby playground just 200m. You can buy food in the nearby business and have 100m from the house the bus stop with good Verbindungnach Lindau.

If you want to holiday in Sweden, check like the two houses on the 13km long sandy beach (Object number 47287 and

504,191). In Sardinia you can be transferred to the West Coast a nice apartment. Upon request, I send you like to receive info and photos.

About Monika Hornig

I´m born in this region and I love this little paradise in the South of Germany.

The villages around are very active and there are many feasts where you are welcome to celebrate as well.

Since 2005 I´m living in Sweden where I have my own language- and yoga-school with a summer program in Sardinia (www.mindbodysoul2.com).

Why Monika Hornig chose Rehlings

This flat has a good location, it´s more quiet than in the touristic Lindau and you get to Lindau in only some minutes. There is a bus only 200m from the flat.

You live in the middle of nature, can hike or go by bike on the ways or play golf in the near golf-court.

Here you have so many possibilities, that I can guarantee you won´t have a boring holiday. The children like the horses and the playground around the corner and like shopping in Lindaupark which is closed.

What makes this apartment unique

The flat is so big that you even love to be here if it rains some day. You have heating elements in all the rooms. Your car has a private car parking in front of the house.

You can leave your bikes or trolley in the cellar.

You have a washing-machine for yourself and can even dry the clothes in the same room in the cellar.

The final cleaning is inclosed in the price.

Go and see the "chapel hill" which you see from the window and from which you have a wonderful view over the lake of constance.

Go and buy fresh things from the bakery in Oberreitnau and don´t forget to try the Brezels.

Notes:
Relaxation for the active vacationer and there are a countless number of recreational opportunities that I would be happy to recommend to my tenants info. One week vacation is almost too short to experience all that is offered, I suggest you take a two-week vacation when you can have this time. The apartment is ideally located for excursions in all directions: the easy access via the nearby motorway in Austria, Switzerland and Friedrichshafen and just as quickly in the mountains of the Allgäu. I will give you a detailed tenant prior to arrival info with many tips for restaurants, shopping and excursions.

Ruhige und große FeWo in guter Lage; wir waren 3 Erwachsene.

Wir haben eine ruhige und entspannte Woche zwischen Weihnachten und Silvester verbracht. Die Lage ist sehr gut, es besteht eine gute Anbindung (PKW), z.B. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Lindau, Bregenz, ...

Die Absprache bzw. Kommunikation - und Erreichbarkeit - mit dem "Hausmeister" war tadellos.

Menschen mit einer Körpergröße über 180 cm sollten in der Küche und speziell im Bad achtsam sein (schräge Wände).

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Owner's Response: Ich freue mich, dass es Ihnen in meiner Wohnung so gut gefallen hat. Ich bin übrigens selbst 1.80m gross und war jahrelang in der Wohnung glücklich, da die Dachschräge eigentlich erst da anfängt wo man gar nicht steht (sprich in der Küche über den Schränken und in der Badewanne nur teilweise). Und die beiden Schlafzimmer sind so gross, dass es dort gar nicht stört und auch im Wohnzimmer nicht, da man auf dem Sofa ja sitzt.

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie eine Woche in der Wohnung. Eine schöne Aussicht und die zentrale Lage runden die Wohnung ab. Wie schon erwähnt, fehlt ein Sonnenschutz im Schlafzimmer, sonnst gab es nichts zu beanstanden, die Wohnung ist gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Sauber und hell. Absolut empfehlenswert, ist auch das Restaurant gegenüber. Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub. Danke an die nette Vermieterin. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wanderurlaub

Wir waren vom 24.9.-1.10.2016 in dieser Wohnung und haben Wanderurlaub gemacht. Es war traumhaft, denn es gibt in dieser Gegend so viele gute Wanderwege und die malerische Landschaft, die gleich vor dem Haus beginnt, weil die Wohnung am Stadtrand von Lindau liegt. Die Lage ist optimal, schön im Grünen und wir hatten noch nie eine so große Ferienwohnung zu einem so günstigen Preis. Bei dem Angebot, dass die Bettwäsche und Handtücher sowie die Endreinigung inbegriffen sind, fühlt man sich wirklich wie im Hotel, nur dass es im Hotel 3 x so viel gekostet hätte. Wir kommen sicher im Sommer 2017 wieder, zum Badeurlaub im Bodensee. Nochmals danke an die Vermieterin für die gute Organisation im Vorfeld und die vielen Ausflugstipps und empfohlenen Wanderwege.

Schöne, ruhige, geräumige Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten tolle 14 Tage in der Ferienwohnung in Weissensberg. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Auch unsere 2 Kinder 15 und 12 haben sich wohlgefühlt. Alles wie beschrieben zu erreichen. Selbst Lindau ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einzig eine Verdunklung im Schlafzimmer wäre vielleicht noch toll.

If you do not have school-age children, you rent on a weekly basis (Sat-Sat) outside of school holidays to the low-season prices.

Welcome to this beautiful bright holiday home, located in Weissensberg that adjoins the city of Lindau. Here you have the best possible start for a stay at Lake Constance with trips to the Allgäu. The bike and hiking trails start right outside the house, restaurant and playground are just around the corner. The golf courses Weissensberg and Schoenbuehl is just a few minutes by car, also grocers in 5 minutes. Lindau city bus, which stops 200m away.

Front of the house have their own parking.
