Guest house (with separate entrance): It has a new kitchen, a large bathroom, and 2 bedrooms with view of the garden. There is a parking space in the interior courtyard with electric gate. There is a lift for 6 people. The garden and the terrace offer 2 dining tables with space for 6 people.

The apartment has antique furniture (from the Baroque and Renaissance period) as well as furniture with a modern design. There are high ceilings, marble floors, and traditional wood shutters providing an ambience of style, comfort, and freshness. There is a large table in the garden, under a marquee, and it is the perfect place for having lunch and dinner. There is a Smart TV in the living room with Apple TV, and fiber-optic internet, making digital entertainment as well as on-line surfing easier... Beautiful home with the perfect location for a family vacation...

This home far exceeded our expectations for our family reunion trip! We were traveling with our 8-month old baby as well as my in-laws and their 18-month old twins. The ability to grill each night and dine together at the outdoor table was priceless as well as being able to sit out on the beautifully manicured lawn and let the children play. We felt very much at home here - it was peaceful, private and impeccably decorated.

We had one car for 2 families and I was nervous about getting around. However, there is a center of town with restaurants, a convenience store, a park and a train station right around the corner. The beach is across the street from there. We walked to the beach promenade daily - the restaurants have consistently great customer service and delicious seafood (and coffee!). We also walked the beach promenade approximately 30 minutes to Cascais several times where there are a ton of shops and restaurants. One day we took the car up to gorgeous Sintra.

Portugal is the most family/baby friendly country I have yet to visit. There is a separate line at the airport and cab stands....every restaurant has high chairs and they all seem to just love children. I would go back in a heartbeat! And I would stay in the exact same apartment =)

Extremely Happy

My family, of two sons and spouses with a ten month old baby, stayed in Estoril, this property was all we were told and pictured, and then some. Having the small cottage for my grandson was perfect. We appreciated the phone calls before we arrived, to give us final arrival details. It was also very nice to have on site Jaceck who looked after our every need. It was very quite and use of trains to and from Estoril to Lisbon was easy, 30 minutes. Beaches were very nice. We would highly recommend this for anyone. Thank You Bernt!!!

Séjour de rêve

5 membres de ma famille et moi ( de 80 à 14 ans ) avons passés 2 semaines merveilleuses dans cette maison décorée avec tellement de goût , mélange antiquités et contemporain ! La propreté , le comfort , le service attentionné de Jacek ,la beauté du jardin , la tranquillité du quartier , la proximité des services et de la plage, tout a concourru à un séjour parfait . Tous les contacts avec le propriétaire ont aussi été agréables . Merci et au plaisir !

Super location près de la mer et maison luxueuse typique des belles villas portugaises !!

Estoril est une ville extraordinaire avec sa promenade en bord de mer donnant accès à la belle ville de Cascais. Accès très facile vers Lisbonne en train et bus vers Sintra.

Emplacement de choix et maison des plus agréables avec un super jardin, tranquillité assurée.

Sehr schöne Wohnung nahe am Meer

Wir waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden. sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet, es gibt einen wunderbaren Garten mit Grillgelegenheit und ein schönes Gartenhaus, falls man weitere Personen unterbringen muss. Wir waren 6 Personen und hatten ausreichend Platz. Dazu ist die Lage exzellent, 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof mit den Zügen nach Lissabon und wenige Minuten vom Strand. Darüber hinaus waren der Hausverwalter und seine Frau sehr nett und haben uns gut unterstützt. Die Wohnung ist nicht billig, aber für uns war sie ihren Preis wert.

I build luxury hotels in the United States. The house in Estoril belonged to my recently deceased mother and was lovingly renovated a few years ago. I have renovated her apartment this year, and I want to use it with my children when it is not rented and when we have enough time to go to Europe.

Why Bernt Kuhlmann chose Estoril

My mother bought the house twenty years ago. It was in bad condition, so she renovated it during ten years. Then, the top two apartments were sold, and she kept the 'sugar,' as we say in Austria... She loved the location, the pretty garden, the high ceilings, and the bright rooms. All the antiques come from our family property in Austria. Jacek, the house manager, lives in the basement apartment. He knows the house very well because he had been involved in the renovation. Now, he will take care of your well-being.

What makes this apartment unique

I love this house because it is a 'Happy House'. It is bright, spacious, and practical in every way; it feels like a real home. The antiques give the rooms a soul and warmth. The large table in the garden is ideal for lunch under the shade and looking at the palm trees... You can take walk to the beach, or to one of the many restaurants in Estoril, and Cascais. You can take a day trip to Lisbon and the Gulbenkian Museum, and go to the iconic Guincho beach in fifteen minutes by car. Never a dull moment...

The apartment is located in an old mansion situated in the heart of Estoril, in a tranquil and exclusive road mostly used by local residents. It is 7-minute away on foot from the beach, 5 min away from the casino, 5 min away from the Banyan Tree Spa and from the 5-star Palacio Hotel, and 3 min away from a typical and from an excellent Fish restaurant. There are also other restaurants, bars, and coffee shops nearby. You will find an excellent delicatessen shop 10 min away and a catholic church 5 min away on foot. The famous Cascais can be reached in 5 minutes by car, but you can also walk along the sea, which takes about twenty minutes... Lisbon can be easily reached by car or by train in about 30 min.
