The apartment on the first floor of our charming Guesthouse Berlin offers excellent transport links and close to City, but also peace and relaxation in the 'Greens'. You live in a 2-bedroom apartment. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed and an open kitchen. The highlight of the living room is the large windows along the entire length of room overlooking the garden and the parquet floor. The spacious bedrooms for four people is divided by a partition wall to create more privacy for you. On one side of the room there is a large double bed, the other room side is equipped with two single beds. The bedroom has hardwood floors and has plenty of storage space. The spacious bathroom with large window has a bath. All rooms are renovated and refurbished. On the south side of the 2-storey brick house is the garden, which can be used by you, of course. Here you will find peace and relaxation between greenery, can sunbathe or read. The younger guests are invited to play in the garden sincerely.

Easy access to public transportation. Quiet location. Great apartment size for a family. Clean and historic building. Mark was really nice.
i had a lovely stay for a weekend together with friends. maja was very accommodative and the apartment was bright, spaceous and very clean. excellent location with the sbahn at südkreuz. would definitely stay again.
Great place to stay
We stayed for 7 nights; Maja's house/apartment has most things you need and nothing that you don't need.
The location is excellent; it is within 3 minutes walk of the Sudkreuz railway station that has services by rail and bus to connect you anywhere in Berlin. The Edeka supermarket at the railway station has all the needs for your stay, and is open until 10pm.
Parking is free outside the house, although a vacant car park nearby is sometimes difficult to find because of the proximity to the railway station.
The house was very clean, bright and warm, and Maja turned the heating on for us. It would have been useful for a microwave oven to be provided, as the only cooking facility is the electric stove top. Other than that, the kitchen was quite well equipped.
The bathroom is ample size, and there is a hand held shower unit on the bath.
The 2 bedrooms were large and the beds very comfortable. There is no door between the two bedrooms, and just a thin wall separates them. The main light switch turns the lights on in both bedrooms which will surprise someone in the middle of the night.
Overall a nice place to stay, good value and convenient for public transport and for those with a car.
Amazing apartment in an amazing building!
The listing is super accurate and the photos show the real deal. Lots of room, high ceilings, quiet and well decorated with a bonus backyard for the smokers.
It is right next to the train station and there you can find a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, food kiosks and two fast food joints.
Maja was an awesome host, she waited for us for the late checkin and gave us good tips for where to get food and go out for drinks. She was always available.
I would definitely recommend this apartment!
super verkehrsgünstig gelegen
Wir haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Mark hat uns freundlich in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung ist super sauber und alles da für einen Wochenendaufenthalt. Danke. Nicht so optimal ist die Schlafwandlösung. Wir hätten lieber zwei durch Wand und Tür getrennte Räume gehabt. Geschmackssache.
Superschöne Wohnung, zentral, mit toller Anbindung an S- und U-Bahn und Bus, sehr zu empfehlen
Wir hatten für einen 9 tägigen Aufenthalt diese superschöne helle Wohnung gemietet. Es war alles da, was man brauchte, sogar ein Garten. Super war die direkte Anbindung zu S- und U-Bahn sowie Bus, ca. 100 m Fußweg, und doch war die Bahn kaum zu hören. Supermärkte wie Bäcker waren fußläufig in der Nähe zu erreichen. Wir haben es sehr genossen und die Vermieter haben uns herzlich empfangen und waren supernett. Auch unsere kleine Hündin Winnie wurde herzlich aufgenommen. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.
The charming brick house located within walking distance to the nearby railway station Berlin Südkreuz. They have very good access to Berlin's S-Bahn ring and reach tourist highlights such as the Brandenburg Gate and the Berlin City easily accessible by S-Bahn within 12 minutes. Shops, fast food restaurants, bakeries, newsagents and a pharmacy are within walking distance in 3 minutes, these are also open on Sundays and public holidays to 21 clock. The house offers to your recreation a small garden, which is often used by our guests.
