The very tastefully furnished apartment is equipped with a lot of extras and has a stunning view of the sea and the mountains - it is located in the well-kept, Andalusian-Mediterranean complex 'El Manantial' with a very large tropical garden and multiple pools with loungers. The golf course of Santa Maria Golf and restaurants, shops and supermarkets (some open 18 hours a day) can be reached on foot. The apartment is located on the first floor and has a spacious, friendly, light living/dining room and 2 bedrooms and bathrooms (one en-suite). The large furnished terrace facing the southwest invites you to sunbathe and to watch the sunset. The natural beach with dunes and loungers is only 1500 m away. There is a storage room and an underground parking space with direct access to the apartment.

Further Details: Elviria is a paradise for golfers. Nearby you will find countless golf courses. Supermarkets, a bank, a car rental office and multiple other shops are just a few minutes away on foot. Furthermore, the Hofsäss tennis school is only a few minutes drive away. The beach is about 1500 m away.

Excellent apartment with large south and west facing terrace

Booking and attention to detail made our arrival at the apartment a piece of cake. The pictures of the apartment do not do it justice. What you don't see is how well stocked it is to meet every need just as if you were at home, even the fridge was stocked with the essentials. We were very impressed with how safe we felt. Driving into the secure underground garage with the elevator next to the allocated parking space, delivering you at the door to the apartment ( well 2 steps away) was excellent. Sunbathing on the terrace or around the pool was excellent. The position of the apartment meant you could walk down in the evening to local restaurants in 10 to 15 minutes, there are about 12 to choose from. Although slightly up hill for the journey back we mostly took a taxi approx 5 Euro.

The only slight problem is the bed in bedroom two is a double. although two separate mattresses and would be better if it were two separate singles, as it would allow more options for people staying. Overall excellent and we would book again.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in Elviria

Es war ein sehr schöner Uralub in einer sehr schön möblierten, ruhigen und familienfreundlichen Wohnung. Auch die Anlage, die über drei Pools und einen sehr schon angelegten Garten verfügt, ist top gepflegt.

Die Abwicklung der Miete der Wohnung verlief sehr reibunglos.

Die Vermieter waren in der gesamten Zeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Elviria is located 8 km east from Marbella and offers the most beautiful beaches of the region. Furthermore, you will also find cafes, bars and restaurants in every price class and supermarkets, banks and different shops. The center of Elviria can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes (about 700 m).

Golf: Directly neighbouring the 'El Manantial' - only 400 m away - you will find the golf course 'Santa Maria' (18 hole, green fee about € 70; tel. 0034-952-831036). The golf course should be expanded into a 36 hole golf course in the near future. Also nearby you will find other golf courses (like in Cabopino, 'Mijas Golf' and 'Santa Clara Golf'). By car you can reach all courses in less than 15 minutes. The green fees are also moderate for Andalusian standards. During the summer months, there are discounts on a few courses.

Ski: In the Sierra Nevada, the most southern ski region in Europe, you can go skiing or snowboarding during the winter months. The ski region is located near Granada - about a two hour drive from Marbella/Elviria.

There are countless lifts and a lot of slopes that are open into April. During January, February and March, the ski region is guaranteed to have snow.
