Directly on Little Sabine Bay, this waterfront town home offers the best location for boating, swimming, fishing, and direct water access. Located about 1 mile west of the Pier and main business core, it's also just a short walk from the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico which are just across the street. Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville Resort is less than a 5 minute walk away.

There's 3 stories worth of water views both front and rear, plus large covered patios to the rear. Direct waterfront with plenty of shoreline access for wildlife enjoyment.

This home is completely furnished including dishes, cookware and linens. Top of the line finishes and appliances. All you'll really need is your clothing, food/drink and toiletries. Plenty of great places to eat nearby too.

There are gorgeous Gulf and Bay views from three story's worth of decks both front and rear. The open floor plan really maximizes views. First floor rear level is literally just steps away from the water's edge.

Garage parking plus loads of storage for your toys on the first floor. Living areas are on the second floor with large covered deck to the rear. The third floor has a private master suite with full bath and large deck. The kid's room has dual bunk beds that convert to futons. All linens, dishes, cookware, wireless access, plus washer/dryer are included.

About Pete Broz

I'm from Pensacola, having attended Escambia High School then Loyola University in New Orleans in the early 1980's. We raised two children out in Pace, and were very active in the Pace High School Band program. Both kids are now off at college and we still live locally using our place on occasion. We manage the property ourselves, and make sure to provide a special experience for our guests every time they stay with us. We've met some interesting people and are looking forward to a busy 2015 summer season...

Why Pete Broz chose Pensacola Beach

The original complex was built in the early 1970's as a two story frame structure, one of 8 total townhouses in that specific building. The complex had 4 X 8 unit buildings plus a 4 unit, for a total of 36 units. Condemned due to damage from Ivan, they were completely rebuilt ground up with substantial design enhancements. This was the largest residential reconstruction project post Hurricane Ivan on Pensacola Beach. We now enjoy 3 levels with a full garage on the first floor, main living areas on the second floor, and the bedrooms on the third, in the same exact location where the previous town home was located.

What makes this townhome unique

Amazing views and water access from this newly reconstructed three story waterfront townhouse. The grounds provide plenty of room for volleyball, frisbee, kickball, etc. plus access to to the Little Sabine shoreline. The experience of staying there is much more like a single family home than a condo. The fishing is great right out of the back door. There's a bike/jogging path directly in front of our complex and the beach trolley stops there too. Also just a short walk to PegLeg Pete's, The Sandshaker, The Boardwalk, and the whole business and entertainment area.

We enjoyed being able to bring our rat terriers and not having to worry about them bothering the neighbors. The place was perfect and met our every need. The balcony views on both sides were phenomenal, very peaceful/quiet, friendly, great walking path and Flounders had the BEST seafood ever! Very convenient to everything. Pete was very accommodating and made sure we had a wonderful visit. We hope to come back again next year. I highly recommend this place but especially for those who have pets. VERY RELAXING.

Perfect Vacation

Another perfect vacation!!!! Arrived September 18th & stayed for 11 days. Town home was clean & has beautiful views of the Gulf & bay. Our pets enjoyed sitting on the patios. Walking distance to small convenient store & restaurants. Thanks again for everything Pete. Hope to return soon.

Florida Pandandle

The perfect staycation spot

Pete went above and beyond from the time we first emailed. The home is perfect for an active family, and we were able to keep our paddle boards and boat with us. A huge bonus was being able to have our Boston terrier with us for the entire vacation. The sunsets are incredible from the back balconies, and Little Sabine is perfect for daily paddle boarding. Thanks again for everything and we hope to return sooner rather than later.

Paradise on the beach!

We just returned from a Fabulous week vacation and this property was awesome!! Very relaxing, comfortable, and peaceful town home with beautiful balcony views from each floor. We were very pleased with our stay. The property is very clean, updated, large garage, overall just a good floor plan. Just a short walk to gorgeous white sandy beaches with emerald green waters, this is just the perfect location for a great beach getaway. Peter and his wife were just wonderful and friendly. Our little fur babies enjoyed their stay as well. This location is close to restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Beautiful views of the Bay with breath taking sunsets from the balcony. This town home is definitely a perfect Paradise on the beach!! We hope to return soon. Thank You Peter.

We actually didn't stay at this property. However we interacted with the owner and had a most positive interaction. The property we in fact rented left us hanging. Our contact would not return phone calls and we were stressed that we were coming to Pensacola beach without having pet friendly accommodations. We called Pete the owner of this property late afternoon and he offered us a backup plan to assuage our fears. He waited patiently until we arrived from Jacksonville ( 5 hours) and then checked on us to make sure we did get access to the other property. This guy went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us. We wish we had rented his property. This is a stand up guy and we wish to THANK HIM by writing to tell others. We would only rent from him for future visits. We did drive by his property and it looked most inviting. Thanks Again Pete.

Perfect Getaway!

This place is wonderful! My husband and I stayed for a week with our dog, Audrey, and we didn't want to leave! The white sandy beaches are so beautiful and there is a dog beach not far from the townhouse. Audrey had a blast playing in the water, and we must have seen 15+ dolphin swimming and playing out in the ocean! We checked out Fort Pickens just down the road and were surprised to learn how large it is! We also loved Joe Patti's and went there three times during our stay to enjoy the sushi, fresh seafood, and beignets. I wish I could go there every week!

I was very pleased with the townhouse. It was clean and nicely updated, with outstanding views. I found the king sized bed in the master bedroom to be very comfortable, and the master bathroom is nice and spacious, with a large shower. The garage is big enough to fit two cars. Pete the owner is extremely helpful and friendly. We really wish we could have stayed longer, and we are looking forward to returning one day!

Pensacola Beach is a community on a barrier island south of Gulf Breeze and Pensacola proper. The western end of the island is the mouth of Pensacola Bay, and where Fort Pickens sits. Navarre Beach is about 20 miles east at the other end of the island, and you'll find a bridge back onto the mainland there. The road between is generally open and provides breath taking views of the beach and Gulf with plenty of places to stop and have the beach all to yourself. The main core of Pensacola Beach would be at the beach ball water tower and the pier over the Gulf. Plenty of places to shop and eat, plus lots of access to water activities from deep sea fishing to paddleboard rentals and lessons. Live music is available and generally a half a dozen places within walking distance. Goofy golf, go karts, arcades, and our new giant enclosed ferris wheel offer lots to do for all ages. The most unique feature of the beach however, is the sand itself. We have the most beautiful beaches anywhere and there's plenty of access for everyone.
