Guestbook comments from the owner

Thank you so much for our beautiful stay in your beautiful house. We enjoyed your place very much and the view is perfect. I only wished we spent more time on your property but we had some obligations and a lot of site seeing of this spectacular state. I recommend your hospitality and your place to anyone. Thank you again for a fabulous stay (and black out shades, so strange the day light, always wanted to visit during this time of year)

Beautiful property with a stunning view.

  • 5 of 5

We arrived early, but we were able to enter the chalet early to wait inside. It's a beautiful place, very open and inviting. The view is spectacular and serene. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are very nice and roomy. We had all the linens we could possibly need. My daughter was able to park an RV in front also with no problem. We were very happy with everything and almost hated to leave. We all agreed we would stay there again!

Very impressed, Diane was very nice and helpful. The property was very clean and well maintained. The view

From the back windows was beautiful.

We even had a Moose grazing 10 feet

From the back door. I would highly recommend a stay here and thank Diane for making our stay in Alaska

Impressive!

  • 5 of 5

Rose Ridge Chalet was impeccably clean and well appointed. The location and the views were fantastic. It is situated back "in the woods" for peace and quiet after a long day of sightseeing. Our first morning at the Chalet a cow moose and her baby meandered up the drive and posed for some pictures. What a way to start our "Alaskan" vacation. We would highly recommend Rose Ridge Chalet. Not only was the place clean and comfortable but he price was, in my opinion, great. Why stay in a hotel for more money when you could stay here for less and have all the comforts of home. Thanks Diane for such a great warm and welcoming place to stay.

Wonderful stay at Rose Ridge

  • 5 of 5

Two couples shared the larger house. We were quite comfortable, roomy and stocked kitchen. The place was super clean! We were able to cook all meals there. The resident moose and her baby made an appearance! The property is very quiet but close to town. The owners are kind and helpful. Really nice vacation! We are repeat renters and will be back! Awesome!

Just as described! The first day we were there we we saw a cow moose and her calf in the front yard! The only thing I disliked was noise from the highway.
