This newly renovated classic rustic ocean front beach house offers fantastic views of the ocean. This is the real deal Beach House. Just relax and unwind in your rocker on your screened porch as you look at the ocean and feel its breeze. Take a walk down your private path or take the public path next door and have your toes in the ocean in no time!

This classic beach house boasts 2 separate units that have the exact same floor plans! Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, (1 queen, 2 doubles, 2 twins),full kitchen, dining room table and bar, living room, 2 bathrooms, and full screened porch with ocean views, plenty of rockers and table/chairs. The upstairs kitchen has a new smooth surface stove, a microwave, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher.

LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED!!! We do have the number of a linen service if needed...just ask.

Access to downstairs is by use of exterior stairs.

Downstairs has 3 bedrooms (1 room has a queen, 1 has 2 doubles, and twins in the 3rd.) downstairs also has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator,stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and table. Downstairs also has a fully screened porch.

There is a large front yard to enjoy family games or private outdoor parties. There is ample parking in the back. There is an outdoor shower downstairs. The downstairs is wheel chair accessible.

Pets are welcome but there is a $125 pet fee and pets must be on flea medication.

Wonderful house!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time staying here on Isle of Palms! We have a large family with pets and kids and having the two separate units really helped streamline things and also allowed for a little privacy when needed. The big yard is perfect for them playing outside and just a short walk to the beach. Sitting on the screen porches in the evenings listening to the waves was so relaxing. We will definitely be renting this place again!!!

Great vacation spot!

This was the perfect fit for our large group! We had 6 couples and fit comfortably. House was clean, great location- within 2 minutes of several great restaurants- and the easy walk to the beach was perfect. Will definitely stay here again!

Location

Car: recommended

The house is at the S curve on Palm Blvd and 21 st Avenue. As Palm Blvd curves back to left at 21st Ave, you turn right instead. The house is the 2nd on left.. Oceanfront. Google map has it located in wrong location!
