A wonderful apartment!

This is a wonderful apartment. Spacious, modern, clean...everything is lovely.It is possible to walk to all the sights you may want to visit or it is easy to travel via public transport if you do not wish to walk. The apartment has a supermarket almost next door for all food and drink items you may desire.

Wolfgang is an excellent host with lots of information on the area. ( He very kindly booked us a taxi back to the airport too).

Location, location, location!

Clean modern apartment right across the street from the naschmarkt. Blocks and blocks of shops and restaurants. 2 blocks from the underground (which is very easy to navigate) and easy walking distance to all the major sights in Vienna. Wolfgang met us at the apartment and was very helpful and accommodating. A few welcoming gifts were a nice surprise. Perfect sized apartment for me my husband and teenage son.

Great Landlord and Property

This property has been highly reviewed (for good reason). I don't have anything to add, but will emphasize a couple exceptional positives. It was great dealing with Wolfgang. He is responsive, helpful, reliable and reasonable. Two, the location is so good that, if you like to walk and just want to focus on the main sites in the city, most of them are within easy walking distance. I only mention this so new tenants can consider whether a multi-day transit pass is even necessary (as opposed to buying single ride tickets as needed). I just returned home and am already thinking of a return visit.

Excellent stay!

The previous reviews are totally accurate for Wolfgang and Ditia’s apartment. The location was great—an easy walk to the underground and right across the street from the Nachstmarkt. It was also an easy walk into the city center. The apartment, itself, was immaculate and very comfortable. As someone else did mention, if anyone will be sleeping on the pull-out sofa, an eye mask would be helpful because the room stays fairly bright. We used the taxi service to and from the airport arranged by Wolfgang and were very happy with it. We highly recommend this apartment!

We had a lovely stay at this extremely well located and very very clean apartment. It is located right across the street from the Naschmarkt which is a great foodie experience. Wolfgang was a wonderful host showing us all the sites that we should check out.

You have a big variety of restaurans and bars all within walking distance! Also in walking distance: the Vienna State Opera (600m), the well-kown pedestrian area of 'Kärntner Street' and 'Mariahilfer Street' (650m), and the main metro station Karlsplatz/Oper (350m).
