In the nearby (50m) Fritz-Schloss-Park you can enjoy the nature in peace

The beautiful apartment, 46 m2, located on the ground floor of a beautiful apartment building built in 1884, was extensively renovated and modernised in 2014.

High ceilings, stucco, parquet flooring and direct access to the private terrace with private garden make this apartment unique.

All pictures are preserved in their original condition.

In a few minutes away from your home within walking distance to the central railway station with all its great shops, the (Berlin) River Spree, Bellevue Palace, 'Hamburger Bahnhof' (former railway station), Siegessäule (Victory Column or Goldelse - in Berlin dialect), historical museums, art galleries and more..

Not far from the railway station, the government quarter with the Reichstag (parliament), Chancellery (which the Berliners lovingly call “The washing machine” because of its design), the Brandenburg Gate, the Holocaust Memorial, the grand boulevard 'Unter den Linden', Friedrichstrasse, the State Opera, the Museum Island, theatre are found within viewing distance and more attractions that Berlin has to offer are located nearby and are also very easy and conveniently reachable from the central railway station by public transport.

On request we can provide for you bicycles in the house to explore rides for a fee of € 5 / day and wheel. Local maps are made available in the apartment.

The combined living / bedroom is equipped with a box-spring double bed (140x200), as well as a spacious mirror cabinet / slider with integrated furniture safe.

In the large courtyard, a Mediterranean flair awaits you with fountains and palm trees.

In this apartment you will find relaxation after extensive sightseeing tours through the capital.

Guest access:

The apartment is a fully self-contained unit with direct access to the terrace and garden with modern furniture, where you can end your day with candlelight.

Smoking is permitted in the garden, but not in the apartment!

This area is accessible only by our guests.

Our guests will receive a master key for the duration of their stay, which suits for home, apartment, garden and waste storage door.

Interaction with guests:

During your stay, other people do not have access to your apartment.

Transportation:

In just 2 minutes' walk (around the corner) you have bus connections to all directions of Berlin.

For example, with the bus 123 you will be at the central railway station in just 15 minutes.

IBut in just 15 minutes, you can also reach the central railway station on foot.

Tips on transport links are available for you at the apartment.

Public (free) parking is available in front of the property.

Shopping:

Supermarkets, bakeries, late sale, even doctors and pharmacies can be found just around the corner. Appropriate tips are available for you.

Restaurants, cafés or even bars are found very nearby.

Note:

For Berlin visitors a tax of 5% of the net amount is applicable since 01.01.2014, which will be due on arrival to pay in cash (except for business travellers).

Modern, Tidy and Well-equipped

We were very impressed with the apartment. In fact, it was our favorite bnb of all three we stayed at while hopping around Europe. It was even better than the couple of hotels we stayed at. The garden was pleasant, the kitchen and bath had everything you could need. The washing machine was perfect for a mid-trip stay. It was just around the corner from the bus stop, bar and organic grocery store and just a couple blocks from restaurants and a traditional grocery. All in all, I wish all of my stays going forward will be like this place.

fabulous apartment

We are just home after a 5 night stay at this apartment with private garden. Even nicer than the pictures suggest.

10 minute trip from central station on the bus. Bakery , pub, supermarket and cocktail bar within 150 metres.

No noise at night and a very comfortable bed. Very well equipped for a holiday and a warm welcome from the hosts.

Beautiful apartment, convenience, and friendly host

I stayed at this studio apartment on the ground floor during my visit to Berlin for 8 nights. The place was very clean and a good size, with a well equipped kitchenette and a lovely courtyard.

The host was very welcoming and friendly. He also responded to my enquiries quickly and was very helpful.

The location of the place is an easy 500m walk to the U-Bahn (subway station) where you also find some nice cafes and a yummy kebab shop. About 200m down the street you will also see a lovely park where you can go for a short run. Or you can also run down the Brandenburg Gate through Tiergarten which is only a 4.5km run down :-)

The location is also served by three super markets - Edeka(near the U-Bahn), Aldi, and Lidl.

We really enjoy our stay in this apartment. It made our trip to Berlin wonderful!

First class

Wir waren mit dem Fahrrad in der Hauptstadt und haben diese auch weiter erkundet. Der freundliche Empfang und die sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung vermitteln sofort ein sehr angenehmes Gefühl. Die zentrale Lage war schnell erreichbar und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für unsere Erkundungen. Trotz der Lage ist es hier absolut ruhig und das Studio 3 hat einen sehr netten Aussenbereich und ist im Sommer angenehm kühl. Ein kleiner Tip sei erlaubt: Sollten sie zu den sehr großen und/oder kräftigen Menschen zählen, könnte das Bad ein wenig schmal sein. Für alle anderen aber kein Problem. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
