Capital Studio 3 with garden

The beautiful apartment, 46 m2, located on the ground floor of a beautiful apartment building built in 1884, was extensively renovated and modernised in 2014.

High ceilings, stucco, parquet flooring and direct access to the private terrace with private garden make this apartment unique.

All pictures are preserved in their original condition.

In a few minutes away from your home within walking distance to the central railway station with all its great shops, the (Berlin) River Spree, Bellevue Palace, 'Hamburger Bahnhof' (former railway station), Siegessäule (Victory Column or Goldelse - in Berlin dialect), historical museums, art galleries and more..

Not far from the railway station, the government quarter with the Reichstag (parliament), Chancellery (which the Berliners lovingly call “The washing machine” because of its design), the Brandenburg Gate, the Holocaust Memorial, the grand boulevard 'Unter den Linden', Friedrichstrasse, the State Opera, the Museum Island, theatre are found within viewing distance and more attractions that Berlin has to offer are located nearby and are also very easy and conveniently reachable from the central railway station by public transport.

On request we can provide for you bicycles in the house to explore rides for a fee of € 5 / day and wheel. Local maps are made available in the apartment.

The combined living / bedroom is equipped with a box-spring double bed (140x200), as well as a spacious mirror cabinet / slider with integrated furniture safe.

In the large courtyard, a Mediterranean flair awaits you with fountains and palm trees.

In this apartment you will find relaxation after extensive sightseeing tours through the capital.

Guest access:

The apartment is a fully self-contained unit with direct access to the terrace and garden with modern furniture, where you can end your day with candlelight.

Smoking is permitted in the garden, but not in the apartment!

This area is accessible only by our guests.

Our guests will receive a master key for the duration of their stay, which suits for home, apartment, garden and waste storage door.

Interaction with guests:

During your stay, other people do not have access to your apartment.

Transportation:

In just 2 minutes' walk (around the corner) you have bus connections to all directions of Berlin.

For example, with the bus 123 you will be at the central railway station in just 15 minutes.

IBut in just 15 minutes, you can also reach the central railway station on foot.

Tips on transport links are available for you at the apartment.

Public (free) parking is available in front of the property.

Shopping:

Supermarkets, bakeries, late sale, even doctors and pharmacies can be found just around the corner. Appropriate tips are available for you.

Restaurants, cafés or even bars are found very nearby.

For Berlin visitors a tax of 5% of the net amount is applicable since 01.01.2014, which will be due on arrival to pay in cash (except for business travellers).

Wonderful time in Berlin

This apartment is a gem. The courtyard garden is a real asset and the weather was kind enough for us to sit outside. It is well located, situated in a quiet, safe area just a short bus ride to the Hauptbahnhof and a 10 minute walk to the U-Bahn close to which is a large supermarket which can supply all your needs. Closer to the apartment are a bakery and several friendly bars and cafes and small convenience stores. The booking, check-in and check-out processes were flawless.

We would have no hesitation in staying here when we visit Berlin again

Es ist gut gelegen, in einer ruhigen, sicheren Gegend gelegen, nur eine kurze Busfahrt zum Hauptbahnhof und 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Bahn in der Nähe ist ein großer Supermarkt, der alle Ihre Bedürfnisse liefern kann. Näher an der Wohnung sind eine Bäckerei und mehrere freundliche Bars und Cafes und kleine Convenience Stores. Die Buchungs-, Check-in- und Check-out-Prozesse waren einwandfrei. Wir würden hier nicht zögern, hier zu bleiben, wenn wir wieder Berlin besuchen. Unser Kommentar: Vielen herzlichen Dank dafür, dass es Ihnen bei uns so gut gefallen hat. Great stay in Studio 3

We had a wonderful stay in Hans Zentel's Studio #3. Hans met us and although he didn't speak a lot of English, he explained all about the apartment, the bus and other things we needed to know. The apartment was nicely furnished and the perfect size for my husband and I. We really appreciated the washing machine as we arrived there after a cruise and really needed to wash a couple of loads of clothes. It's not in the center of town but very well connected with the bus and U Bahn. we were even able to take the bus to the airport when we left. There is a Supermarket near by as well as a couple of small markets that are closer where you can pick up a few things needed. The only thing we were not able to take advantage of was the great little patio behind the apartment. I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Berlin.

Great place to stay

My wife and I stayed here while exploring Berlin. Everything about the apartment was great. Communication was excellent. Public transportation was very accessible. It is an easy walk to grocery stores and restaurants. The outdoor patio was a perfect place to relax after a long day or to have your morning coffee.

Comfortable and quiet

Stayed for 5 nights in lovely quiet ground floor apartment set back from road through a courtyard. Well appointed and with a washing machine. Public transport nearby - short local bus ride to Metro or 20 minute walk. Supermarket nearby and also a couple of good restaurants. Would recommend.
