The penthouse is located in a privileged location adjacent to one of the most beautiful beaches on the coast. The residential complex has a fantastic tropical spacious garden with two large pool areas and various children's pools. On the adjacent beach section is the modern exclusive 5-star beach club "Estrella del Mar".

Amenities such as fitness center, spa or swimming pool can be used at attractive rates.

In addition, various gastronomic establishments are reachable within minutes on foot. Also numerous shopping opportunities are within walking distance. Marbella center or the shopping center "La Canada" with over 150 shops are easily accessible within 5-10 minutes by car.

The renovated penthouse has a spacious terrace on the living floor. In addition, the property has a spacious private roof terrace with a covered seating area and a cozy sun deck made of wood. Super Wohnung in gepflegter Gartenanlage

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einer noch schöneren Dachterrasse. Mit dem vorhandenen Grill lässt es sich super grillieren und die sommerlichen warmen Abende zu einem feinen Essen geniessen.

Die Wohnung verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, ist also perfekt für eine sechsköpfige Familie geeignet.

Die Wohnung ist in einem gepflegten Zustand und der Strand innerhalb von fünf Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

In der Gartenanlage befinden sich zudem noch zwei schöne Pools die zum schwimmen und planschen einladen.

Die Region Elviria lässt sich perfekt mit einem Mietauto erkundigen. Es hat diverse Wasserparks für Kinder an den umliegenden Stränden.

Wir können dieses Feriendomizil nur empfehlen und werden gerne wieder einmal nach Elviria zurückkehren.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit super Terrasse in schöner Parkanlage

Die Wohnung ist ideal für 2 Paare (plus 2 Kinder) durch die gute Unterteilung. Gute Ausstattung mit Nespresso-Kaffemaschinen (Kapseln nicht vergessen mitzunehmen). Die Wohnung ist sauber und hat eine sehr schöne Lage.Der Vermieter hat uns sehr gut vorbereitet und uns diverse hilfreiche Adressen und den Transfer vom Flughafen organisiert. Auch der Verwalter vor Ort war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die zur Wohnung gehörende Parkanlage bietet für Kinder und Erwachsene mit 2 Pools und verschiedenen lauschigen Schattenplätzen eine schöne Umgebung zum Verweilen. Der nahe Strand ist einer der schönsten und man kann dort unendlich lange Spaziergänge unternehmen. Auch hat es viele sehr gute Restaurants.

Gerne werden wir dieses Feriendomizil wieder besuchen.
