Nicely furnished and with a touch of colonial style design, The ground floor apartment in situated in an elevated position and has a private terrace (45m2) with garden, south facing with incredible views overlooking the Mediterranean sea and sun all day! The apartment comprises of 3 ample bedroom suites each with bath and wide cupboards. The master bedroom is designed with a superking size bed and large master bath with tub, shower and bidet. The first guest bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90x200cm) and has a bath with shower and bidet. Both bedrooms have direct access to the main terrace, like the living room. The 3rd bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds (90x200) as double bed with access to a small balcony and bath with tub. The comfortable interior offers best quality of living for 6 people. The bright and large living room with a comfortable 3- seating sofa and the armchair leads into a separate dining area with seating for 4 and on the terrace for 4 pax. Of course, satellite TV and internet is available internationally. The equipment is high quality, with the finest travertine marble in the bathrooms - as well as the flooring. The terrace is equipped with a sofa set, table + 4 chairs and sun loungers An Oasis of tranquillity next to the 9 hole golf course with tennis and gym, clubhouse with Restaurant, Max occupation 6 people!

About Martina Meister
My name is Martina Meister and I am taking care of the apartment in the name of the owners Mr. & Mrs Byrne from Ireland. They really love Elviria Hills and are coming down as often they can for a short vacation. They decided to give other guests the possibility to discover the best area of the Costa del Sol and enjoy the beautiful enviroment.

Spacious apartment, quiet area
The flat is quite roomy (we were 6 occupants) and it was easy for my elderly father to get around thanks to the lift to the parking garage. The complex was rather quiet - of 11 units in the building only 3 were occupied - so we often had the large pool to ourselves.
The location is in the hills well behind town, and it's necessary to drive or take a taxi to get anywhere. The closest beach is nice though small (probably quite crowded in the high summer, but fine for us in September), and their chiringuito El Laurel was delicious.
The greatest discomfort for us and the reason we can't give full stars was the overall shabbiness of the place. The couch is hard and lumpy to the point of being nearly unsittable, the appliances in the kitchen are cracked and breaking, and the apartment smells musty and mildewy no matter how much it is aired. We managed ok because we spent most of our time out and about exploring, but a vacationer with a less active style or who loves to cook may be disappointed staying here.

We now renting this place for 5 years and never had any complaints about the smell, the couch or the appliances. As the decor of the apartment is traditional the owner wants to keep it that way and has refilled the cushions of the couch last year. We know about the door of the dishwasher and it will be fixed now but all other appliances are in perfect condition.

Sehr schöne Wohnung super Umgebung
Wir waren für 4 Monate in dieser schönen gemütlichen Ferienwohnung mit grosser Terrasse und Garten sowie Meerblick.
Die Umgebung ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig.
Die Küche ist voll eingerichtet mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Grosszügige Zimmer mit guten Betten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und spricht auch Deutsch.

Segundo año consecutivo y todo perfecto.
Schöne Wohnung mit gepflegtem Garten und Meersicht
Wir waren über die Feiertage während 16 Tagen in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung und haben es sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und entspricht in jeder Hinsicht den Fotos. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die grosse Terrasse mit der herrlichen Weitsicht, die wir dank des schönen Wetters jeden Tag geniessen konnten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe sowie auch zahlreiche Restaurants, wobei viele davon über die Feiertage geschlossen waren. Besonders empfehlen können wir die Strandrestaurants "Carlos y Paula" und auch das "El Laurel". Auch das englische Restaurant "The Playwright" bietet eine gepflegte Küche mit sehr gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, wenn man vor 19:30 zum Essen erscheint.
Unser Feriendomizil können wir in jeder Hinsicht weiter empfehlen und werden auch sicher wieder einmal kommen.
Sea views, great pool, lovely gardens
This apartment was in a very beautiful and peaceful setting on the top of the hill, but just 2 minutes drive from the centre of Elviria and from there it was just another minute to the beach. The hilltop setting meant amazing sea views from the terrace, the apartment was in a very nicely looked after, solid building with good parking. Inside the apartment was very clean, extremely spacious and comfortable and everything worked, there was even a coffee maker. It was quite cool indoors but the air con was great to have at night as it was very hot when we were there. The best thing about this apartment was that it was on the ground floor so benefitted from a lovely extra garden with palm trees and pines and it was just a short hop down to a really good sized shared swimming pool. BBQs aren't allowed any more which is a shame but understandable. The gardens were so peaceful and beautiful. We played tennis on site ($18) and used the driving range ($2 for 25 balls) which was just next to our apartment. Good security. Martina was very organised and helpful. Elvira was a very nice village, plenty of places to eat and supermarkets open until 11pm, we were very impressed with this apartment.

Rental in Elviria Hills
We enjoyed our stay at Elviria Hills, the location was excellent.The terrace was a pleasure to use, sun for most of the day.The grounds are immaculately maintained. The on site restaurant, El Largo is well worth a visit.The driving range is very convenient to the property as are several good golf courses.
The apartment was comfortable but the furnishings a little dated.
Martina was extremely helpful and very responsive to any queries that we had.
Overall a very enjoyable stay.

The interior design is a classical - colonial style with quality furniture matching the mediterranean lifestyle and the architecture of the development. The owners dont like the modern and minimalistic style and so they have created a very homely and cozy enviroment.
The lovingly and exclusively decorated colonial style apartment is located in the urbanization Elviria Hills, Elviria urbanization East of Marbella. Surrounded by nature and colorful gardens this quiet complex offers comfort, luxury and fit all needs for a relax holiday stay!
