The house is located in Puerto de la Cruz in the immediate vicinity of the Taoro Park and the Hospiten Bellevue in the district of San Fernando. The beach and the city is about 10 minutes. Minimarket and restaurants nearby. A taxi from the city to the house costs less than € 4.

The house has 4 floors including a developed penthouse apartment and has views of park, city, sea & mountains.

On the street level there is a parking space and the garage, behind the studio.

On the 2. Level (garden level) is located next to the main entrance area, the kitchen complete with washing machine and dishwasher, a storeroom, a pantry, the large living room with adjoining conservatory, a guest toilet, a terrace, a bedroom to the garden with toilet and washing facilities (shower a Floor lower in the studio) and the exit to the garden, a pergola with table and chairs, the swimming pool and a sauna.

On the same level there is another bright room plus WC with private entrance, which could be used for workshops or as a studio.

On the 3. Level (main house) there are two bedrooms with double beds and glazed balcony, one with en suite bathroom (shower, bidet, toilet), the other with separate bathroom and another living room with sofa, table, desk and satellite TV.

On the developed roof (4. Floor) you will find the penthouse apartment with a living room, bedroom, bathroom (shower, bidet, toilet), a kitchen, and a roof terrace.

The house ADSL internet.

Also on the street level behind the garage is a studio with bedroom / living room, kitchenette and bathroom incl. WC. The studio can be reached via a private entrance.

Großzügiges Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen, es war sauber und wir fühlten uns sehr gut von dem Vermieter betreut. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen genauso wie ein Besuch der Lavahöhlen in Icod oder ein Besuch im Restaurant Meson Donde

Mario. Auto ist empfehlenswert, da der Weg zu den Stränden auf Dauer sonst doch zu weit ist.

Gelungener Urlaub auf Teneriffa

Das Haus war genial. Zentrumsnah, weitläufig, perfekt für eine grosse Familie oder grosse Gruppe! Ich kann es nur bestens Empfehlen und wenn wir wieder nach Teneriffa fliegen, werden wir dieses Obejekt wieder versuchen zu buchen. Jedes Stockwerk (4 Stockwerke) war ausgestattet mit eigenem Bad, Küche und und alles was man eben für den Alltag braucht. Netter Vermieter und preislich sehr gut! Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub auf Teneriffa
