Our country house, 'Casa Renllon' is a stylish and comfortably renovated, historic country house, furnished with antique furniture and full equipment. Garden and terrace are not visible from the outside. The villa has a total of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a living room with fully equipped kitchen.

Overall, the villa can accommodate 4 persons, extra beds are possible. This romantic country house is equipped with everything you need to prepare culinary delights. To a spicy dish on a charcoal grill or a Pata Negra, the excellent Spanish ham, you can add organic cheeses from local farmers and enjoy the excellent wines, fruit juices and freshly harvested fruits of the region on the shaded terrace. Of course you can order eggs of the freely running chickens of our neighboring farms for your breakfast from us, or cook paella and desserts in the well-equipped kitchen.

Why Luisa Hernandez chose Arico

The Spanish family Hernandez / Galvan is a large peasant family rich in tradition, which is established for many generations in Tenerife and has large landholdings. We continue the tradition of planting our villas with organic cultivation of wine and tropical fruits. Our forest areas are reforested and from our own, 4 km deep water galleries (mine tunnels) we get very pure spring water containing minerals, which springs from the rock with more than 34 degrees Celsius.

What makes this house unique

From our old Canarian houses, we have chosen the most traditional one, renovated it stylishly and fully equipped it. In these houses not only a great holiday is possible, but also you get to know the Spanish lifestyle.

Tolle Ferienwohnung!!!

Wir waren in den Herbstferien 2015 auf Teneriffa. Diese Ferienwohnung ist ein kleiner Geheimtipp - für alle, die den Rummel der Urlaubshochburgen nicht brauchen und die die Insel gerne entdecken wollen!

Das Häuschen ist frisch renoviert und sehr hochwertig und liebevoll ausgestattet, so dass es nicht schwer fällt, sich dort wohl zu fühlen!

Der Ort Villa de Arico ist sehr ruhig; fast nur von Einheimischen aufgesucht. In Arico kann man das nötigste einkaufen. Größere Supermärkte sind gut zu erreichen. Der Weg zur Autobahn ist kurz.

Sehr liebevoll war auch der Empfang von der Vermieterin Luisa. Noch am Flughafen wurden wir von ihr angerufen und konnten z.B. fragen, wo auf dem Weg ein großer Supermarkt liegt. Die Paella, zu der wir und ihre anderen Gäste eingeladen wurden war hervorragend!

Erholung pur in gemütlichem Haus!

Die Casa Renollon entsprach haargenau der Beschreibung - eine Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer und Sonne ab morgens früh, hinter dem Haus der Blick auf die Berge! Das Haus ist gemütlich und hat eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Luisa Hernandez empfangen und erhielten zur Begrüßung gleich Bioprodukte von ihrer Finca - Eier, Orangen, Avocados. Im kleinen Garten vor dem Haus gab es dann diverse Kräuter und Zitronen, die Papayas waren leider noch nicht reif. Mit einem Abend bei Luisa in der Küche lernten wir die kanarische Küche und Musik kennen! Darüber hinaus bekamen wir gute Restaurant- und Ausflugstipps aus erster Hand.

Fernab vom Massentourismus ist Villa de Arico ein ruhiges gemütliches Dorf. Eine neue breite Straße führt mit großzügigen Kurven in 5 Minuten zur Autobahn, von wo andere Ecken der Insel sehr gut erreicht werden können. Neben dem Supermarkt im Dorf gibt es einen weiteren direkt an der Autobahnauffahrt in Abades, er ist täglich bis 21 Uhr geöffnet, ein Bauernmarkt in Abona liefert sonntagvormittags Obst- und Gemüse aus der Umgebung. Und für "Großeinkäufe" bieten Supermärkte in 10-15 Minuten Entfernung Richtung Granadilla alles was man braucht. Und sehr schöne ruhige Buchten und Sandstrände (mit Tauchgelegenheiten) sind in 8 Minuten erreichbar.

Wer mit dem Massentourismus und den bis in die Berge hineinwachsenden Feriensiedlungen nichts zu tun haben möchte, ist in der Casa Renollon und Villa de Arico bestens aufgehoben!

ruhiges, schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus liegt etwas abseits der grossen Touristenströme. Es ist im Haus alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir wurden von Luisa und Ihrer Familie sehr herzlich empfangen. Ein Mietauto ist sehr zu empfehlen, obwohl in Villa de Arico Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf vorhanden sind.

Ich würde das Haus sofort wieder buchen.

Ein Ferienhaus, das alle Erwartungern übertrifft

Die Villa Renllon ist ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus in Arico abseits vom Tourismus, ganz neu renoviert im kanarischen Stil. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, mit Allem ausgestattet und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Auch Gartenmöbel, Liegen usw. - alles vorhanden.

Der kleine Garten ist toll angelegt und man hat einen wunderschönen Blick

aufs Meer. Hier kann man sich nur wohlfühlen. Die Naturstrände in Abades sind sehr sauber und man trifft nur wenige Touristen. Mit dem Mietwagen in ca. 8 Minuten erreichbar. Wanderungen kann man direkt vom Haus aus machen und mit einem Mietwagen kann man die ganze Insel erkunden.

Wer die Ruhe sucht und einen Urlaub abseits der Touristenburgen machen will

ist hier genau richtig.

Der Kontakt zu Luisa (Vermieterin) war problemlos und der Empfang und die Betreuung während unserer Urlaubswoche sehr herzlich.

Wir haben hier tolle Tage verbracht und können das Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub auf Teneriffa

Ein sehr schönes Haus, gemühtlich, gepflegt mit wundervoller Ausicht aufs Meer.

Es ist alles da was man braucht, an diesem Ort fühlt man sich sofort wohl.

Ein schön angelegter Garten rundet das ganze ab. Hier kann man sich so richtig entspannen. ☀

Die Fotos vom Objekt sind aktuell, auch hier erwarten einen also keine bösen Überraschungen.

The farm is located in the south of Tenerife, in Arico. This Spanish town is not influenced by the hustle and bustle of tourists, but has the charm of a dreamy Spanish rural idyll. The place has a good infrastructure, all necessary local facilities such as small supermarket, bank, bakery, butcher, restaurants, florist, hair salon, petrol station, pharmacy and medical centre with helipad for emergencies (24 hours) etc. are within approximately 500 metres. The local wine growers, where you can taste the wines and olive oil from the local farmers and also purchase, is about 1 km away and if you're in the mood to taste goat cheese and sheep cheese directly from the farm, you can find that too within a radius of 1 km. Nothing stands in the way for a romantic self-catered holiday with the opportunity to get to know Spanish lifestyle and culinary delights. Tenerife, lapped by the warm Gulf Stream, has a very mild climate and is known as the 'Island of Eternal Spring'. The beaches offer year-round opportunity for swimming and with a trip to the highest mountain of the island, Mount Teide, one crosses all climate and vegetation zones at an altitude of 0 to 3785 metres. The mild climate combined with the iodinated and salty sea wind activates and provides healing effect for chronic inflammations and allergies etc.

Tenerife is a Spanish province with the capital city 'Santa Cruz de Tenerife', therefore, the island has everything that a state capital offers, such as, schools, University with various faculties, University hospital, medical care, all shopping facilities, administrative bodies, agricultural, commercial, gastronomy and

cultural offerings, in addition to all the tourist attractions. The favourable geographical location on the coast, with the highest number of sunshine hours in Europe in a year not only impacts the quality of life, but also enables the regulation of renewable energy through extensive photovoltaic, and wind turbines. Agriculture is also favoured by this climate, because in most cases

there is a permanent crop rotation and the markets are permanently offered freshly harvested regional fruits and

vegetables. The colonisation of the island has historical origin, the indigenous people, 'Guanschen', who descended from the Vikings, were displaced by Spanish conquerors and took the island in Spanish possession. From this historical development, the old towns and villages also emerged with their

monuments. But the 'Loro Parque' in Puerto de la Cruz, 'Auditorio' in Santa Cruz, 'Siam Parque' in Arona are also great tourist attractions, just to mention a few here. The island has a well developed road network, it is possible to reach almost all points of the island within a radius of 100 km from Arico with minimal stops at traffic lights. The coast with several sandy beaches is about 6 km, that is, about 10 minutes away. The distance to Tenerife South Airport (Reina Sofia) is about 25 km, Capital city Santa Cruz is around 60 km away, Los Gigante - located in the southern area - about 60 km away.
