Ein erholsamer Urlaub mit viel Ruhe

Die Lage der Unterkunft war super, ruhig und landschaftlich ein Traum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Garten und Pool waren sehr gut und sauber. Der einziges Minuspunkt ist die in die Jahre gekommene Küche. Die Ausstattung ist nicht sehr ansehnlich und könnte aufgestockt werden. Auch einige Küchenmöbel wirken sehr abgenutzt.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen...

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen obwohl wir ausserhalb des Zeitfensters anreisten.Auch unser Hund war willkommen.Wohnung war sehr schön,das Anwesen einschließlich Poolbereich sehr gepflegt.Die Matratzen waren gut.Es gibt einen kleinen Hofladen mit verschiedenen Weinen und Olivenöl,dort kann man sich selbst bedienen,trägt die entnommenen Sachen in ein Buch ein und bezahlt am Ende des Urlaubes. ... der Besitzer des Anwesens und sein Bruder ... waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Werden wir sehr wahrscheinlich wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen Reisetipps: Tavarnelle liegt sehr schön und zentral zu Florenz,Siena ,San Gigimiano,Volterra und Greve .

Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitte...

Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und relativ hell. Weniger schön sind die verschlissenen Möbel der Küche. Die Dusche ist für großgewachsene eigentlich zu klein, erfüllt aber ihren Zweck. Die Wohnungstüre schließt beim zuziehen nicht, muß also immer abgeschlossen werden oder geht plötzlich auf. Fernseher ist da, doch muß man improvisieren um die Programme zu wechseln. Die Wohnung ist nach deutschen Verhältnissen nicht wirklich sauber und macht insgesamt einen schmuddeligen Eindruck. Sie hätte eine Renovierung nötig. Das Preis–Leistungsverhältnis ist grenzwertig und die Toleranzfähigkeit der Mieter wird auf die Probe gestellt. Vielleicht sind die Ansprüche in Italien einfach geringer, in Deutschland hätten wir die Wohnung für den Preis nicht akzeptiert. Der Pool und der Garten sind schön und ordentlich, es gibt viele Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten. Das angegebene WLAN funktioniert in der Wohnung garnicht, und im Garten nur teilweise, am Pool gut. Die Pfannen sind alle mit runden Böden, die Espressomaschiene war verschimmelt, das Besteck beim Eintreffen teilweise dreckig. Wir würden diese Wohnung nicht weiter empfehlen. Reisetipps: Zum Erkunden der Toskana liegt die Wohnung hervorragend. Die Highlights der Toskana sind schnell erreichbar. Besonders empfehlenswert sind die kleineren, in den Marco Polo Karten grün markierten Straßen durch die Chianti, die nach jeder Biegung einen völlig neuen, gewaltigen Eindruck der Landschaft vermitteln.
