Une vue magnifique un paysage de rêve
Location avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Facilité pour prendre les clés. Le monsieur de l agence est très gentil. La location est très bien située. Petite station balnéaire entre Laveno et Luino. Pizzeria du port et les 2 pâtisseries au top. Le chemin qui monte dans la résidence est un petit peu cabossé mais rien de gênant. Place de parking numérotée. Un escalier pour accéder à la location (30 marches environ) en 3 paliers. Vraiment excellente location dans une région superbe

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Es ist eine kleine, sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einer wirklich gigantischen Aussicht. Das Schlafzimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte neu ausgestattet werden. Leider ist die Straße in der Wohnanlage sehr beschädigt und müsste dringend neu gemacht werden. Aber die Aussicht macht alles wieder gut.

Good value for money
The apartment was exactly as described in great detail on the Interchalet website. The spectacular view of the Lake from Brissago and the Swiss Alps down to Verbania in the South was always bathed in sunshine during the day. The trains and the trucks nearby didn´t disturb us. We often took the bus from the main road or walked up the hill to a quiet road to the train station to get to the ferry to towns on the other side of the lake.

Seeblick und Terrasse großartig, Apartment mit erheblichen Mängeln
Zur Lage: Das Apartment befindet sich in einer gepflegten, ruhigen Feriensiedlung. In der Nähe gibt es ein paar Geräuschquellen (Güterzuglinie und Wertstoffhof), die wir nicht weiter störend fanden. Die Anreise empfiehlt sich mit dem Auto. Zur Umgebung: Im nahen kleinen Ort Porto Valtravaglia gibt es einen kostenfreien Parkplatz bei einem gut sortierten Lebensmittelgeschäft. Unser Lieblingsort wurde die Bar Marley da Lieto S., wo wir mehrmals zum Mittagessen einkehrten. Dort hört man fast nur Italienisch und wird zu sehr günstigen Preisen herzlich bedient und bestens kulinarisch versorgt. Zum Apartment: Die Fotos versprechen nicht zu viel: Der Blick auf den See ist großartig und verdient eher 8 von 5 Sternen. Auch die Terrasse ist super. Das Schlafzimmer jedoch war unbenutzbar: Erhebliche Mengen Schimmel an Wänden, Matratze und Lattenrost. Wir behalfen uns, indem wir als Paar mit unserer 16 Monate alten Tochter auf der 1,40 m breiten Matratze des Schlafsofas im Wohnzimmer übernachteten, was ganz gut ging, und die Tür zum Schlafzimmer immer nur öffneten, wenn wir Durchzug haben wollten. Als wir ankamen, fanden wir kleine Glassplitter auf der Terrasse. Der Boden im Apartment war so schmutzig, dass nach einer halben Stunde unsere Füße von unten grau waren. WLAN funktionierte die ganze Woche nicht. Die Spülmaschine stellte sich als unterdurchschnittlich leistungsfähig heraus. Pluspunkt: Die Waschmaschine. Der nahe Stellplatz ist nicht riesig, reichte für unseren Skoda Scala aber aus. Zum Vermieter: Als wir zu Beginn des Urlaubs die Mängel in einer ausführlichen Mail mit Fotos mitteilten, erhielten wir von den Vermietern binnen einer Stunde die Antwort, dass sie sich erkundigen, ob sie uns eine andere Ferienwohnung zur Verfügung stellen können. Einerseits eine schnelle Reaktion, andererseits ein Dreizeiler ohne Dank für den Hinweis oder Entschuldigung. Der Fairness halber sei gesagt, dass wir das Angebot ablehnten, weil wir diesen Ausblick auf den See unbedingt behalten wollten. Dennoch: In diesem Zustand kann man kein Apartment anbieten. Daher 2 von 5 Sternen.
