Residenz, na ja.....

Wohnung war in Teilen sanierungsbedürftig, wenigstens Bad und Küche (Kühlschrank als Geschirrschrank), absolut nichts in der Küche(Spüli, Gewürze etc.), Besteck dürftig

Si salva solo la vista!

Premesso che, da una casa vacanze , non pretendo che sia come casa mia...esperienza decisamente NEGATIVA; messo il filtro ricerca "aria condizionata", tra gli altri appare l'annuncio di questa proprietà che anche su altri siti scopro poi pubblicizzata in vari modi con informazioni ambigue e immagini diverse di volta in volta. La documentazione sull'alloggio mi arriva quando ormai è scaduto il tempo per disdire senza penali; solo allora ho i dettagli, posso leggere le recensioni e le caratteristiche esatte dell'alloggio assegnatomi e scopro che l'aria condizionata non c'è. Preoccupatissima,chiamo il signore che gestisce gli alloggi e le chiavi e lui ha insiste più volte nel dire che non è colpa sua e che io ho letto male l'annuncio. Dietro mia insistenza, mi sono stati forniti, 2 ventilatori di cui 1 sporchissimo,storto e rumoroso. Ci ha salvato il tempo che per quasi tutto il soggiorno non è stato troppo caldo come a volte succede in Sardegna..."per gentilezza" il signore, che a suo dire mi aveva riservato l'alloggio al piano di sopra, me l'ha cambiato con quello sotto più "arieggiato" ( quindi non c'era una precisa corrispondenza annuncio-alloggio?Anche se ho apprezzato, non era comunque ciò per cui ho pagato...alcune posate sporche, dotazione(definita abbondante) cucina: 3 pentole, 2 coperchi,1 bolliacqua, 1 solo asciugamani. Nessuna presina per coperchi, niente forbici, tovaglia sul tavolo sporca, portaoggetti in doccia sporco, lavabo bagno con perdita(segnalata con sms al responsabile),niente tappeto scendidoccia,fornito solo su mia richiesta, niente pattumiera per il secco ,stendibiancheria rotto e arrugginito (sostituito su mia richiesta),pochissime mollette bucato, in parte rotte. Impossibile tenere aperta la persiana della cameretta perchè affaccia sulla scala dell'appart di sopra. Strada sterrata piena di sassi e in pendenza. Costi biancheria (in molti altri posti fornita nel prezzo non più alto) a parte, tassa settimanale per persona a parte che fanno lievitare il prezzo finale. Per quanto pagato in tutto si può trovare di meglio.Sotto il terrazzo, bidoni dell'immondizia mal gestiti ,con sporcizia ovunque e cattivo odore. Si salva solo la vista, spettacolare sul mare e sul Tavolara, ma nel complesso putroppo, il gioco non vale la candela. Peccato davvero.
