Tolle Familien-Villa mit traumhaften Pool

Sehr schöne Villa für einen Familienurlaub. Tolle Garten- und Pool-Anlage, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Alles funktionsfähig und funktional. Mit herrlichen Blick auf die Bucht von Saint Tropez. 3 überdachte Terrassen mit Tischtennis-Platte, Gasgrill und ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten. Familiengeeignet und sehr ruhig. Der Pool ist jedoch mit über 2 m vielleicht für kleine Kinder sehr tief. Jederzeit wieder.

Im Gegensatz zu den Bildern de...

Im Gegensatz zu den Bildern der Homepage sind die Büsche und Pflanzen mittlerweile wesentlich höher, sodass ein Meerblick tatsächlich leider nur noch von der 2. Etage möglich ist. Dort ist man aber nur nachts. Ich finde, dass dieses Haus daher bei den Suchkriterien "Meerblick" nicht erscheinen sollte. Reisetipps: Am Bouleplatz löst sich das grobsteinige verdichtete Fundament auf, sodass viele große Steine auf der Bahn liegen (Alterserscheinung).

Schönes, großes gut eingeteiltes und gut eingerichtetes modernes Haus mit großem Grundstück und schönem Pool. Toller Blick vom Balkon, gepflegte Anlage. Reisetipps: Cannes, St. Tropez, Port Grimaud, Plages de Pompelone, Croix-Valmer.Restaurant: Rialtoin Port GrimaudGéant von St. Tropez

Lave-vaisselle en panne sans nous en informer

Belle, grande et très propre villa sur les hauteurs de Grimaud. Malheureusement, apres plusieurs tentatives nous avons constaté que le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas. La gérante nous a allors confirmé que le lave vaisselle etait en panne depuis deux semaines deja et que la proprietaire, informée, n'avait rien fait (!) Nous n'avons pas non plus été informé au moment de l'entrée dans les lieux. Un nouveau lave vaisselle a été livré le vendredi et laissé au milieu de la cuisine à cause d'une connexion electrique non conforme. Nous avons obtenu un remboursement symbolique de l'agence cependant ce type d'incident est INACCEPTABLE pour une location a ce prix. Connection internet beaucoup trop lente et inutilisable.
