For shared use: property. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 5 km, railway station "Hopfgarten" 5 km, outdoor swimming pool 5 km, bathing lake "Salvenaland" 5 km. Golf course (27 hole) 25 km, mountain railway 5 km, ski lift 5 km, ski school 5 km, sled run 1.5 km, cross country ski track 800 m. With sloping ceilings kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, oven, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with 1 double sofabed, dining nook and satellite TV. Bath/shower, sep. WC. Heating. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. One dog is welcome to the owners during the summer season. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the winter season. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

Es hatte 1992 einmal 3 Sterne. Jetzt stimmt es nicht mehr. Der Vermieter war wenn es hoch kommt sachlich, aber nicht freundlich. Man kam sich nicht gut vor. Aussenbereich gab es bis auf den schmalen Balkon nicht.

Onprettig
Het is een bovenwoning boven de stal met koeien, voor mensen met allergie is dit niet aan te raden. De wifi was beperkt tot 2 toestellen en dan ook nog slecht. De verhuurder komt regelmatig in de woning als je weg bent. Erg onprettig. Voor de wintersport is het 5 km van de piste af. Om te wandelen is het erg stijl. Er is als huiskamer alleen een keuken waarin dus een keukentafel en een bed(bank). Voor de zomer zou ik dit niet aanbevelen en voor mensen met kleine kinderen al helemaal niet.

Einfache, kleine, nette, gut gelegene Unterkunft
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind nett und unkompliziert und haben uns völlig in Ruhe gelassen. Die Wohnung im 2. Stock ist relativ klein, aber hat einen eigenen Eingang und war für uns fünf (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) ausreichend. Ungewohnt fanden wir das vom Badezimmer getrennte, sehr enge WC, und auch das Bad ist so klein, dass nur 1 Mensch zugleich darin Platz hat. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist grandios. Die Kinder waren von der Katze der Vermieter sehr angetan. :)

Nette Unterkunft nahe des Wilden Kaiser
Es ist eine geräumige FeWo auf einem kleinen Bauernhof. Die Wohnung ist mit 2 vollwertigen Schlafzimmern gut geschnitten. Der Balkon zeigt zur Südseite. Wir waren 1 Woche Skifahren und hatten keine Probleme mit fehlenden Kleiderhaken, kalter Heizung, o.ä. (siehe ältere Bewertungen). Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, es könnte noch ein Toaster in der Küche vorhanden sein. Einziges Manko ist, dass der Skibus aus Hopfgarten den Hof nicht anfährt.
