CASA PORT is an old fisherman's house on the waterfront of Port Soller. It is located a few meters from the promenade, the beach and the harbor in a small Gasse- for Anwohner-. It was extensively renovated in 2015 and with great attention to detail by the owners and offers a historic ambience and natural materials, mixed with modern design and comfort. Approximately 120 sqm built area on 2 floors, 2 bedrooms with a double bed 180 cm wide, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), spacious living and dining area open kitchen with direct access to the patio area, separate utility room with washing machine. Fireplace in the living area. Underfloor heating in living room and bathrooms. Both bedrooms have a separate air conditioning units. High-quality, individual equipment with lovely details.

Outdoor area with patio on the living level, a roof terrace with wooden deck and pergola above the house. From the terrace a panoramic view over the harbor and the sea and direct views of the impressive Tramuntana Mountains

The house is situated in a quiet residential area / pure service road about 50 meters to the beach promenade. The house is part of the historic fishing district "Santa Catalina" of Port Sóller.

Stilvolles Ambiente bis ins kleinste Detail, selbst die kleinsten Schüsserl in der Küche. Hätten wir verlängern können, wir hätten es glatt getan!

Und auch Soller ist ein entspannter, traumhaft schöner Ort!

CASA PORT located in the old fishing district of Port Sóller, which through its historic buildings and the fishing harbor is significantly influenced. In about 50 m you reach the promenade and the beach of Port Sóller with its fantastically romantic atmosphere, surrounded by the imposing mountain range with its many shops, good restaurants and outdoor cafes and the nostalgic tram to Soller. The bay is about 30 km north of Palma, in the Tramuntana mountains, in a unique natural Bay, just 3 km from Sóller, a quaint little town, which with its very authentic flair, the outstanding architecture and the cozy Plaza of the most beautiful island belongs. Sóller shares its valley with Fornalutx and the hamlet of Biniaraix. The valley is famous for its orange groves and terraces with ancient olive trees. The village of Deià is just a few kilometers along the coast. Port Sóller can be reached in about a 30-minute drive from Palmas Airport.
