This condo comfortably sleeps six and has a great location in Old Town. You will never run out of things to do here. Prime location at the bottom of Main Street between Park Avenue and Deer Valley Drive. The bus stops in both directions in front of Park Station We are in the high frequency zone within the Park City free Transit system.
There is no need to have a car, however if you do bring one there are indoor and outdoor parking spaces available. The Town Lift is just steps away from the condo and takes skiers up to the Bonanza chair and bypasses the busy PayDay lift at Park City Mountain base. You can ski back on the town runs at the end of the day or download back to town if you want. Enjoy Main Street with it's wide variety of shops, restaurants and art galleries. There are plenty of activities for non skiers in the family to enjoy.
The unit is wireless and has cable TV with HBO and Wifi. The living room has a new queen size sleep sofa and loveseat, a wood burning slate fireplace and a new 37' LCD HD flat screen TV with a Wireless Blu Ray/DVD player. The dining area comfortably seats six. The kitchen has all brand new stainless steel appliances including the following: Frigidaire Gallery electric range with induction cooktop and convection/regular oven, microwave oven above range, Bosch ultra quiet dishwasher and energy star GE refrigerator. Granite countertop with undermounted stainless steel sink and hardwood floors. New Calphalon cookware that is compatible with induction cooktop.
The master bedroom features two queen sized beds, with Ralph Lauren duvets, all cotton sheets, a bistro table with two chairs, a 32 ' flat screen LCD HD TV with DVD player, a mini refrigerator and its own coffee maker. The Master Bath has been completely remodeled in 2013 and has a separate vanity area with new vanity, granite counters and undermounted sink. There is a large tiled stall shower with glass shower doors.
The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be made up as a king if desired. It has an LCD Flat screen TV with Blu Ray player. The main bathroom has been completely renovated in the summer of 2013. New tile floor and tiled bathtub with new oak vanity and granite countertop with undermounted sink.
Park Station has an indoor hot tub, sauna, locker rooms with showers, guest coin-op laundry, vending and ice machines in the basement of the building. There is an outdoor hot tub between the two condo buildings. The heated swimming pool is open during the ski season and summer only. Once you try our location, you will never want to stay anywhere else in Park City. It is all right here.

My husband is an architect with a background in commercial design and construction management. We are owners who stay in our property over the course of the year and furnish it as our second home, not just an investment property. We want all the comforts of home and provide the same for our guests.

We have been skiers for over 45 years and taken at least one annual western ski trip over the last 30 years to a variety of resorts in the US and Canada. We decided to buy a condo in Park City because it is so easy to get to, so close to the SLC airport and we love the diversity of terrain offered by the three ski areas closeby. We chose Park Station because it is next to Main Street and we love the variety of restaurants, night life and shopping as well as the fact that we are a short walk from the Town Chairlift at Park City Mountain Resort. We were pleasantly suprised at all there is to do in Park City in the off season. The golf courses, the hiking and biking trails, the nearby fishing and boating on the Jordanelle Reservoir were bonuses we didn't anticipate.
We have a fabulous location, the best in Park City. We try to provide our guests with all the information they will need to have a great vacation. Detailed fact sheets are supplied on a seasonal basis with information on ground transportation, discount ski lift tickets, location of grocery stores, transit schedules for the free Park City buses, etc.
We had a great time staying in Park City at this unit. Linda made sure we were taken care of and was a very good communicator. There was plenty of living room space for the 6 of us.
We enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool after the slopes. The close proximity to downtown and Town Lift was also a huge bonus for our stay.
Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.
We spent a wonderful five days in Park Station in 220431. The condo was immaculate, beautifully decoraated and the kitchen was well equipped. It was less than a block to the town lift and we were able to leave our skis and poles there. I would recommend this condo to anyone. Rosalie and Terry LaCorte
As we have experienced every year, the condo was ready for us and had all we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. It is conveniently located at the bottom of main street for easy access to shops and just a short walk to catch the bus.
We had a fantastic 5 days in Park City. Linda was very easy to work with and provides us with a lot of helpful information (limo, discount tickets, groceries, ...) prior to the trip. The condo was extremely clean and very comfortable. We even did take out a few nights and stayed in after long days of skiing. One block to the town lift and close to all the night life. Not sure what else you would need, we would absolutely stay there again!
This is the second year my family stayed in this unit. My wife and 2 kids (college aged) had a great week skiing and exploring Park City. We opted to use the Summit Limousine service and not rent a car. This saved us considerable on transportation (last year we rented a car). We used Uber to get to and from the grocery and liquor store. We were able to walk to and from the Townlift for easy entry and exit to the slopes. We ate a the Bridge Café and really liked their hot chocolate and reasonable food prices.
The condo was the perfect size. My children had their own beds and bathroom. We had a fire every night. My son and I used the outdoor hot tub as well as the indoor hot tub. We got snow every day and really enjoyed the skiing and snow boarding. All of us had a great time. The condo is clean, well equipped, and close to skiing, eating, and shopping. I Highly recommend the condo.
You cannot beat the location of this condo. Right in the heart of Park City, so close to Town Lift. The information the owner provided was perfect. We knew where to rent the skis and could store them overnight at Town Lift. So each morning we just walked the short distance over and got our skis there. Other friends of ours had to Uber or take the shuttle to meet us for dinner. We just walked to all the restaurants and the kids went off by themselves. Well stocked kitchen...you will have all that you need!
Best location in Park City. On the high frequency bus route with easy access to all three Park City area ski resorts. Steps away from great restaurants, galleries and shops. Pool and hot tubs in common area.
