Lovingly restored, equipped with modern facilities, covered terrace, all on one level

The Finca Can Ramon has been completely restored with great attention to detail a few years ago. In this common natural materials, such as the natural stone façade, skillfully combined with modern furnishings. The house is situated on a 12 000 square meter plot in absolute solitary position without direct neighborhood.

From the slightly elevated lying pool overlooks the original landscape of the island center.

Between pool and house invites a small garden to the sleepy linger under the trees and on the covered terrace is a relaxing drive out the day. From here you get to the ground level house directly into a spacious and cozy living and dining area, the modern and fully equipped kitchen to open occupies half of the floor space. Two doors lead to an airy modern bathroom with an open shower and a romantic bedroom with double bed and clothes drawers each. In the living room, the sofa-bed for a third person can fix up.

Both Sineu with its numerous restaurants, two supermarkets and a train station as well as the smaller Llubí with its lovely church square and an area surrounded by bars can all be reached in just a few minutes by car. Also to the beautiful beaches in the north is not far away and the motorway in Inca offers a more convenient access. The house offers an ideal starting point for recreation and beach holidays.

Die Finca ist ein Traum.Es hat wirklich nichts gefehlt.Mitten auf dem Land und eine Ruhe,die totale Erholung.Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise alles perfekt.Der Vermieter ist super nett und sofort da,wenn man ihn braucht.Zum Schluss noch ein großes Lob an das Mallorca-Spezial-Team.So stelle ich mir die perfekte Vermittlung vor.Werden wir auf jedenfall wieder buchen.

Die Finca hält was die Fotos versprechen. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Ein so liebevoll renoviertes kleines Haus in dem es trotz allem an nichts fehlt,was man für einen Urlaub zu zweit braucht. Kleine kuschelige Ecken, einen Pool zum erfrischen. Der Besitzer hat uns ganz herzlich empfangen. Ein ganz besonderes Lob auch an das mallorca-special Team. Jede Frage im Vorfeld wurde prompt und geduldig beantwortet. Die Abwicklung lief reibungslos.

The house is situated between the villages of Sineu and Llubi Countryside.

Sineu located in the geographical center of Mallorca, making it the ideal starting point for tourists wishing to explore the entire island. The village offers a variety of restaurants and bars with local and international cuisine, cultural attractions and festivities, numerous shops and an outdoor swimming pool (summer only) with tennis courts and a 24-hour infirmary and a night service station. One of the largest, oldest and most beautiful weekly markets on the island takes place here each Wednesday. The nearest beach on the Bay of Alcudia can be reached in just 20 minutes, Palma in 30 minutes. But you can also park the car and drive from Sineu from the train to Palma, Inca, Manacor or Soller to.

The neighboring municipality of Llubí is accessible from the house in 5 minutes. From Llubí, it only takes 15 minutes to the mountains and 15 minutes on the beach - for example, to the north of Playa de Muro, kilometer-long sandy beach, very family friendly. The capital Palma is easily reached by train or car in 30 minutes. The village has several shops, a variety of bakery, pharmacy, banks, cafes and restaurants. Anyone looking for peace but the amenities of a village infrastructure could not live without and so far away from the tourist bustle and amidst Mallorcans, this is the place.

The house is situated in secluded location without direct neighbors. There are no major roads nearby, but you can hear those planes that fly over the island center and at the foot of the large property the small side road running along the railway line, where only every half hour times there is a train along.
