Finca El Rancho on large property is located approximately 2.5 km north of the town Sencelles in the beautiful and peaceful level of the center of the island. In the sparsely populated area there is only one direct neighbor's house. An entrance gate to reach a large yard with plenty of room for two vehicles and even an additional shadow parking space. Similarly, the courtyard houses an outdoor kitchen with grill, water, outdoor bathroom for practical use from the pool area and a children's play area with swings. The large swimming pool is easily accessible front of the house and is equipped with adequate mooring. The flat and striking painted house offers a level four modern bedrooms, three with double bed and one with two single beds, two bathrooms, one en suite, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and pantry, and a cozy living and dining area with fireplace, German Satellite TV and of course Internet via Wi-Fi. The continuously variable house is very convenient for all ages and easily accessible.

In the outdoor complex is around the house several large covered terraces. The front terrace overlooking the 10x5 meter pool is furnished with a table and chairs. The property is fully fenced. The (unfurnished) roof terrace opens to a magnificent views of the surrounding countryside as far as the Tramuntana mountains.

From the finca is just a few kilometers, the modern center of viticulture Binissalem and numerous roads in less than half an hour, the island's capital Palma and the beaches of the Bay of Palma - the ideal starting point for excursions of all kinds.

The municipality Sencelles is one of the largest surface area in the center of the island and a merger of the towns Biniali Ruberts, Jornets, Judi, Cascanar, Laia and the actual place Sencelles. This sometimes very small and almost uninhabited villages are the attractions of this community.

Today, they are a testimony of the traditional rural architecture of Mallorca, in earlier times they witnessed thanks to the wine industry, which was the most important branch of agriculture throughout the area, from prosperity. Other products such as figs, almonds and cereal and livestock are practically still the economic resources of the inhabitants.

The place Sencelles offers supermarkets and bakeries everything you need for everyday life and offers also with original bars and restaurants remained largely free from the tourist bustle.

Due to its location in the center of Mallorca, the municipality has very good connections in all directions.

From the Finca El Rancho from you very quickly reached Sencelles and after a few minutes and Biniagual, a village consisting of only a few glorious and painstakingly restored houses, all of which are privately owned by a family. Just a few miles away Binissalem, the current center of the Mallorcan wine industry and here also runs the highway that connects Palma with the north of the island. In about half an hour you do not reach both the capital of the island and the beautiful beaches of Alcudia and Pollenca in the north. Also in the Tramuntana mountains, it is not very far from the finca.
