About this property

Welcome to our Villa Sunrise in the sunny southeast of Cape Coral! This charming vacation home features 4 cozy bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. Outside, you'll find a private pool with sun loungers and a dining area equipped with a barbecue grill, perfect for relaxed evenings under the stars.

The house is tastefully decorated with tile and laminate flooring. The bedrooms are furnished with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and three queen-size beds in the other bedrooms, making it ideal for up to 8 people. We're happy to provide a baby bed and high chair for families with small children.

In the fully equipped kitchen, you'll find everything you need for a perfect dinner. The fridge comes with a handy water dispenser and ice maker to make your stay even more comfortable.

In winter, you can heat the pool using our solar panels, depending on the outside temperature. Unfortunately, electric heating is not possible.

Our vacation home is located in one of the most attractive regions of Southwest Florida, with countless canals and beautiful beaches. You'll find many restaurants, bars, yacht clubs, and shopping opportunities in the area, with supermarkets like Publix and Walmart nearby.

As a bonus, we don't charge any additional electricity fees. We look forward to welcoming you and helping you plan your dream vacation in Cape Coral!

Lovely Villa, you get what it says on the packet. Clean and tidy. Nice quiet area but close enough to the amenities. Would certainly recommend to everyone. The only downsides were building work next door,but i would think that would be all finished now and the non existant service from the management people, we left two voice mails and one message they didn't answer any. The day we left a guy came to look at the air conditioning say he had been told we had a problem and i said that was twelve days ago, Good job it was only the air filter needed changing.

Overall a nice property but during our stay was unable to use the pool as work was required on the solar panelling to warm the pool. In general our stay was good as we were out most of the time, therefore pool was a bonus but not essential.

Nice Big House

This is a big house with a pool. Comfortable, but could use updates. Pool heater is solar. No sun is no heat.

House was fair, needs a lot of repairs unfortunately

House needed maintenance, I have plenty of pictures to share if wanted for your future stay! If you want to use the pool be prepared for a very cold temp! Owner said it was because of the cold temperatures and being solar but when HER plumber came to look at house issues he looked at the pool equipment and informed us that the pool solar wouldn't work due to not being hooked up due to the cable cut and monitor not in right location on the roof after the pool lady cleaner said it would? So our week of renting this house with the premises of a working pool was false unfortunately! There was other things not upto par! Do if you want info just reach out
