The apartment Can Fuente Plaza is centrally located in the outskirts of Palma's hip, it Portixol. It is only 2 minutes walk to the harbor and the beach promenade. There, apart from a beautiful sandy beach, with freshwater showers, a diverse, international restaurants and a vibrant nightlife, but without having the typical excesses of 'binge-culture'. Here you will find a scene that is dominated by young people and families who live, work or simply enjoy your vacation. The distance to the cathedral in Palma is only about 2.5 km, you can walk along the sea. In the immediate vicinity there is a complete infrastructure of shopping.

The apartment itself is on the first floor of a house, which is, with a beautiful trees, located between a fairly busy road and a small, quiet place. There are no other apartments in the building, below the apartment is a restaurant that closes at 24:00 and no outdoor seating offers. On either side of the apartment large terraces, only the rear, with access to space, is used. The front terrace provides some distance between the home and the road. Only one of the three bedrooms is located forward on the main road, the other two bedrooms are located at the rear of the apartment. All windows and doors of the apartment are equipped with insulated, so that you can hear him in the house not much from the road. Yet sure no object for holidaymakers looking for total peace.

In the apartment itself is an open and züger large living and dining area are available in a kitchenette fully equipped, including dishwasher, etc. is integrated. In addition, there are three double bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms, one en suite. On the approximately 100 m2 large terrace which is of course only for your exclusive use, enjoy the view of the green area behind the house. The terrace also provides adequate seating and barbecue.

Spacious and all you need

Pedro has everything you need in the villa. There are a couple of little shops literally two steps away and a supermarket across the road. It is one block behind the beach. Pedro has everything you need for the beach so you don't need to bring anything for children. The villa has three big bedrooms and a massive living room. Sky TV with mainly German channels, Sky news in English. WIFI which is brilliant to keep the kids amused. I will definitely be back !

Great holiday!

We had a great week at can plaza fuente!

We arrived (after a delay of 5 hours) at 03.00 but the very nice owner came over and showed us the great appartment and the neighborhood! We forgot the long waiting at the airport immediately.

The appartment was very clean and very big and the 2 balconies were awesome!

The appartment's location is great. If you walk 100m you are at the beach and the restaurants in the neighborhood are very good. And for the people who want to go to a party (Palma, Playa or Arenal) the busses and taxi's are very cheap.

Great stay!

We had a great stay in this beautifull apartment with our family! It was clean, well equiped, cosy, there were 3 large bedrooms, 2 beautifull bathrooms and 2 very large balconies. The apartment is very close to the see (2 minutes walk) and in a safe neigbourhood. Other facillities are nearby (supermarket across the street). During the week we had one small incident with the water but this was solved very quickly by the owner.

We had a very warm welcome by the owners Pedro and Maria!

We would definitely rent this apartment again!

We would surely recommend this apartment to other people.

Amazing Place

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement avec une bande d'amies pendant une semaine, la localisation est parfaite, les propriétaires sont adorables, la plage est a une minute de l'appartement.

L'appartement en lui même est super, tout est très propre, deux salles de bains très grandes, et de belles chambres. Les terrasses sont immenses et très pratiques.

Seul hic, il n'y a pas de climatisation et il y fait très chaud, ainsi que le bruit nocturne.

A beautiful home from home!

This is a superb apartment in a great location.

All of the rooms are a good size and well furnished. It is more like a home than a holoiday let.

The only thing missing was air-con but the owner says that will be installed this winter making it absolutely perfect.

Both the owner, Pedro and the agents, Sineu were excellent to deal with.

Die Beschreibung der Wohnung absolut passend. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Ein kleiner Krämer nur einen Steinwurf entfernt, ansonsten sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - wie beschrieben - innerhalb von 5 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Vermieter - Pedro - sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert - Die Immo. Sineu ebenfalls verlässlich - Wir kommen gern wieder. Herrlich die 2 Terrassen, die bequemen Stühle und die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Wir haben auf den Matratzen sehr erholsam genächtigt. Wir kommen sehr gern mal wieder.

The apartment is located in Portixol one of the trendiest hangouts between Palma de Mallorca, Playa de Palma, on the first floor above a restaurant. The front of the house leads a busy service to Palma, where there is public transportation. A bus stop is just a few meters away. In stark contrast, can be found on the back of the house, the small Plaza de la Fuente, with their tall, shady trees. Here begins a few meters from the beach and the marina, a charming village still acting district, which has become in recent years one of the most popular places for night owls. Numerous bars and restaurants, not only the kilometer-long beach promenade, but also hidden in the narrow streets invite you to spend the warm summer nights outside. A place to live, Mediterranean style, not in order to find peace. Because really comes to rest Portixol no time of day. Whether typical, chic or stylish, it is the ideal location for everyone.
