About the property

3 bedrooms plus Gästeapt., 3 bathrooms, up to 8 people, quiet location, incl. Air Conditioning

The Can Bodegita was renovated by the Mallorcan owners in 2013 fully and elaborately from scratch. Taking into account the traditional Mallorcan design thus creating a village house which leaves nothing to be desired. In the lower part of the house there is an open area with living room (of course with a German satellite TV and Wi-Fi), an open and fully equipped kitchen with open dining area also. In this part there is also a shower room, which is also used by users of the guest apartments at the annex. Of course, this guest apartment is not rented individually, but in addition to the main house for only 20, - Euro for hire / day to do so. This is ideal for older children or another couple.

In the yard there is 3.0 x 4.5 meter pool, at a depth of 90-150 cm ideal for splashing and cool in the hot summer time. There is a small outdoor kitchen with BBQ area and a dining area for up to 8 people. There is also a poolside shower and an outdoor television. Three sunbeds are there available for you.

On the upper floor there is a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and two further bedrooms, for there is another, large bathroom. The large fitted wardrobes in the hallway offer plenty of space and storage space.

By installing a stove and a hot-cold air conditioning, the object is very good to heat and therefore ideal for guests who Majorca also, or especially, appreciate the winter. The cost of air conditioning in summer and heating in winter are included now in the price.

The situation in the village itself is quiet, since the house is located in a one-way street with little traffic. You can park on a small parking lot in front of the house. One of the many local vintners operates in the immediate vicinity of his bodega where you can stock up on wine from Binissalem. The cost of air conditioning in summer and heating costs in winter are included in the price.

In addition, you have in the months of April to June the opportunity to take a guided hike with the owner by the Torrente de Pareis (http: // www soller1 com / en / cms php / activities / sports / hiking / torrent_de_pareis...) to make. Beautiful house!

House was exactly as on the pictures! It had everything you would expect and as described.

Highchairs and cot beds were provided. It has a luxurious feel to it and has been renovated to a high standard while respecting the old structure.

Lovely pool. We and the kids enjoyed it a lot!

Benissalem is a lovely little town and we enjoyed walking to the restaurants in the town centre. Bodega next door. Children's playground just around the corner. Glad to have the little car park so close.

We would definitely book again!

(Only thing we would suggest to the owners is to provide more boxes/bins etc for the various recycling requirements and maybe a couple of fans as an alternative to the aircon which is located in the corridor and not inside the rooms)

Nun.Es sollte schon zu Beginn der Saison darauf geachtet werden,das die Duschvorhänge erneuert werden und das die Abflüsse sauber funktionieren !Ansonsten war es o.k

Wohlfühlgefühl

Das Stadthaus bietet alles, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub benötigt.

Wir waren im April 2018 mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern zu Gast ( insgesamt 7 Personen)

und haben einen schönen Urlaub genossen.

Da wir 2 Mietautos hatten, war die Parkplatzsuche vor dem Haus etwas mühsam, aber nicht unlösbar.

Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Schöne Unterkunft für Ruhesuchende im Weinbauerndorf

Das schön restaurierte Gebäude ist mit sehr viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Küche - inkl. Gewürze, Trockentücher, Müllbeutel etc. ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der Wohnbereich strahlt Behaglichkeit aus. Die beiden Bäder im Obergschoss sowie die Schlafzimmer sind komfortabel, die Matratzen prima. Auch der Außenbereich mit Pool lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, der Empfang durch den Vermieter wirklich freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr über die selbstzubereiteten Tapas und das Wasser als Willkommensgruß gefreut. Auch lag genügend Holz zur Befeuerung des Kaminofens bereit, zumal die beiden Klimageräte im EG und OG zwar heizen, aber nicht die gewünschte Behaglichkeit für die diesjährigen niedrigen Außentemparaturen im Februar erbringen konnten. Wer eine außergewöhnliche Unterkunft in einem ursprünglichen Ort mit fußläufig erreichbaren Restaurants und Versorgungsmöglichkeiten sucht, ist hier Bestens aufgehoben.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt im Januar

Wir verbrachten zu viert im Januar eine Woche in can bodegita und waren sehr zufrieden.Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, überragend sauber und

sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet,

Die Lage im Ort war sehr gut, ein Parkplatz gehörte zwar nicht zum Haus, aber die Parkplatz Situation war unproblematisch.

Der Patio ist sehr schön angelegt und bietet auch im Januar die Möglichkeit, draußen zu sitzen und die Sonne zu genießen.

Der Kamin bietet eine schöne Ergänzung zu den Klimageräten.

Im Winter ist das Haus angenehm warm durch die verbauten Materialien , im Sommer stelle ich mir vor, dass es angenehm kühl ist.

Der Ort bietet vieles und ist noch sehr ursprünglich, für Weinliebhaber wie uns, ein Paradies. Gute Restaurationen und Geschäfte, eine tolle Umgebung, gute Weine , ein tolles Haus, eine zentrale Lage, einen Mietwagen .... was will man mehr, um

eine tolle Zeit auf Mallorca zu verbringen ?

The village offers a complete infrastructure with numerous bars, restaurants and shopping. Known Binissalem is mainly because of the wine.
