About the property

3 bedrooms plus Gästeapt., 3 bathrooms, up to 8 people, quiet location, incl. Air Conditioning

The Can Bodegita was renovated by the Mallorcan owners in 2013 fully and elaborately from scratch. Taking into account the traditional Mallorcan design thus creating a village house which leaves nothing to be desired. In the lower part of the house there is an open area with living room (of course with a German satellite TV and Wi-Fi), an open and fully equipped kitchen with open dining area also. In this part there is also a shower room, which is also used by users of the guest apartments at the annex. Of course, this guest apartment is not rented individually, but in addition to the main house for only 20, - Euro for hire / day to do so. This is ideal for older children or another couple.

In the yard there is 3.0 x 4.5 meter pool, at a depth of 90-150 cm ideal for splashing and cool in the hot summer time. There is a small outdoor kitchen with BBQ area and a dining area for up to 8 people. There is also a poolside shower and an outdoor television. Three sunbeds are there available for you.

On the upper floor there is a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and two further bedrooms, for there is another, large bathroom. The large fitted wardrobes in the hallway offer plenty of space and storage space.

By installing a stove and a hot-cold air conditioning, the object is very good to heat and therefore ideal for guests who Majorca also, or especially, appreciate the winter. The cost of air conditioning in summer and heating in winter are included now in the price.

The situation in the village itself is quiet, since the house is located in a one-way street with little traffic. You can park on a small parking lot in front of the house. One of the many local vintners operates in the immediate vicinity of his bodega where you can stock up on wine from Binissalem. The cost of air conditioning in summer and heating costs in winter are included in the price.

In addition, you have in the months of April to June the opportunity to take a guided hike with the owner by the Torrente de Pareis (http: // www soller1 com / en / cms php / activities / sports / hiking / torrent_de_pareis...) to make. Do not miss this unique opportunity! Precondition is physical fitness, more information please contact on site. This walk is free for our guests.

Beautiful house!

House was exactly as on the pictures! It had everything you would expect and as described.

Highchairs and cot beds were provided. It has a luxurious feel to it and has been renovated to a high standard while respecting the old structure.

Lovely pool. We and the kids enjoyed it a lot!

Benissalem is a lovely little town and we enjoyed walking to the restaurants in the town centre. Bodega next door. Children's playground just around the corner. Glad to have the little car park so close.

We would definitely book again!

(Only thing we would suggest to the owners is to provide more boxes/bins etc for the various recycling requirements and maybe a couple of fans as an alternative to the aircon which is located in the corridor and not inside the rooms)

Traumhaus ist nicht übertrieben

Wir Familie, 2 Kinder, haben wunderbare 14 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Dorfhaus verbracht. Alles super sauber und es fehlte uns an nichts! Wir kommen garantiert wieder!

Dieses Stadthaus in ein Traum. Der Besitzer und seine Familie sind wunderbar. An dieser Stelle nochmal: "Vielen Dank". Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden dieses Objekt zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Can Bodegita wurde mit viel Liebe bis ins Detail aufgebaut, ausgebaut und eingerichtet. Die Foto's dieses Hauses sind schön. In Wirklichkeit ist es aber noch viel schöner. Die Buchung des Objektes und die Schlüsselübergabe verliefen reibungslos.

Dieses Stadthaus ist ein Traum. Bernat und seine Familie sind wunderbar. An dieser Stelle nochmal: "Vielen Dank". Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden dieses Objekt zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Can Bodegita wurde mit viel Liebe bis ins Detail aufgebaut, ausgebaut und eingerichtet. Die Foto's dieses Objektes sind schön. In Wirklichkeit ist es aber noch viel schöner! Ebenfalls völlig problemlos verlief die Buchung und die Schlüsselübergabe.
