Close to the beach, wifi internet, large terrace, washing machine, 3 bedrooms

The Apartment Playa San Juan offers plenty of space for a large family and is centrally located in the village of Playa San Juan. It is only a 2 minute walk to the beach. The apartment has 3 contemporary bedrooms with room for 6 people and 2 bathrooms - one with shower, one bathroom with bathtub.

The large cozy living room with it a TV with international channels via satellite.

Internet is via wifi for free. The kitchen offers a good quality so that our guests can relax and enjoy their holidays.

The large roof terrace has sea views and evenings can enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine.

A washing machine is available.

Prima appartement buiten de toeristische gebieden

Het appartement ligt op de 1e verdieping met een groot dakterras op de 2e verdieping. De eigenaar woont op de begane grond. In de tuin en in de kelder is een restaurant. Toen wij er waren was dit niet in gebruik. Maar als het in gebruik is, zou dit tot sluitingstijd (23 uur) iets geluidsoverlast kunnen geven.

Het appartement is goed onderhouden en schoon. Qua bedden kunnen er 6 personen overnachten, maar qua bank en stoelen is 5 eigenlijk al teveel.

De eigenaar is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij ontving ons met een broodmaaltijd, omdat wij zaterdagavond na sluitingstijd van de winkels aangekomen waren. Verder was de fruitschaal gevuld, en kregen we in de loop van de week nog extra lokale bananen.

Het appartement ligt op ruim 5 minuten lopen van het strand bij de haven. Bakker en mini-supermarkt zijn om de hoek. Deze zijn op zondag open; handig als je zaterdag laat arriveert. Grotere supermarkt (Lidl) is in Adaje (20 minuten met de auto).

Het appartement is een aanrader, en wij zouden zo weer terug gaan. Enig nadeel is, dat het appartement en de woning van de eigenaar de voordeur en hal delen. Hierdoor heb je minder privacy, alhoewel de eigenaar een oude man is en zijn best doet om je geen strobreed in de weg te leggen.

The Apartment Playa San Juan is located in the center of Playa San Juan and is only 2 minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beach. All shops, restaurants and bars can be easily reached on foot.

Playa San Juan is located between Playa de las Americas and Los Gigantes on the sun-safe southwest coast of Tenerife. The small town is known to have no mass tourism, but peace and tranquility. Playa San Juan is still very original and typical Canarian.
