About this property

The renovated 250 year old farmhouse is located in Kleinstockach, a small mountain village at 1,150 m above sea level, in Tyrol, Austria.
The house can accommodate 9-11 people and has a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape of the Tiroler Zugspitz-Arena. The farmhouse is ideal for 2-3 families or groups.
In the spring, summer and autumn months, the farmhouse is a perfect starting point for numerous hikes, mountain and mountain bike tours and in winter ideal for skiing, cross-country skiing, ski tours or snowshoe hikes. The nearest ski lift is only 2 km (Bergbahnen Berwang) and the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena offers more than 110 km of cross-country trails for cross-country skiers.

The house is located in the Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena, at an altitude of 1100m to 3000m. A fabulous skiing and hiking paradise in the immediate vicinity of Berwang, Lermoos and Ehrwald.

Super gemütliches großzügiges Haus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und die Tischtennisplatte hat viel Freude gemacht.

Urige Hütte für nette Abende

Wir waren mit vier Generationen angereist und haben wundervolle Tage in der Hütte verbracht. Da das Wetter sehr gut war, konnten wir einige Wanderungen bzw. Ausflüge unternehmen. Am Abend wurde dann in der toll ausgestatteten Hütte gekocht und dann war Spieleabend angesagt. Sehr gemütlich, klasse Einrichtung. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Geburtstagswoche in Tirol

Wir waren 8 Silverager und waren überwältigt von Qualität und Lage des Hauses. Wander- und andere Freizeitmöglichkeiten zuhauf mit dem Auto in 10- 20 Minuten erreichbar. Die Küche: besser als in jedem anderen Ferienhaus bisher. Mixer, Milchschäumer, Auflaufformen, Kaffeekannen, riesige Töpfe, Gläser,Besteck, Geschirr…, alles mehr als reichlich , neu und geschmackvoll vorhanden. 2 vollausgestattete,neue Bäder sowie ein Extra-WC in den beiden Wohnetagen, zusätzlich weiteres Bad mit Dusche und Extra WC im Keller, die wir gar nicht brauchten. Dort auch Waschmaschine und Trockner, alles in top Zustand. Stube und Schlafzimmer liebevoll bäuerlich, aber zurückhaltend und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Matratzen neuwertig und superbequem. Als endlich mal das Wetter schlecht war, konnten wir den Kachelofen in Betrieb nehmen, der großartig funktioniert, Holz vorhanden. Terrasse mit riesigem Tisch, Hängematte, Deckchairs, Traumblick. Man muss ( besonders nachts) mit knarrenden Dielenböden zurechtkommen ( aber das war ja vorher klar), und die Müllentsorgung in Tirol empfanden wir als besucherunfreundlich( haben Berge von Müll mit nach Hause genommen, da die Öffnungszeiten des Recyclinghofs nicht in unseren Zeitplan passten) Insgesamt : ein Traum!!
