'Casa in ne Barche' is a detached artist house surrounded by greenery. Until the village Prelá Castello is about 200 m and there are no neighbors in the immediate vicinity, so that you can enjoy absolute tranquility. In the evening you can hear only a few owls and screech owls, morning birdsong.
Originally, it was a semi-collapsed stone house (Rustico). With a lot of imagination, work and patience a little paradise has been created. It is a special object that is equipped with a keen sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
To reach the house you have to walk about 200 m on an ancient mule track through the olive terraces. There is a beautiful path that runs on one level, but only for the sure-footed. This way you also have to carry your luggage, wheeled suitcases are not recommended.
The house has two floors, the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed and a small adjoining bathroom and a kitchen. Here you will find all the amenities of modern life such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove with electric oven and a wood stove. At the large dining table can seat up to 6 people.
On the second level there is a second bedroom with twin beds and a light-filled bathroom. Here you will also find a washing machine. The outdoor area consists of a paved with natural stone terrace where you can enjoy the balmy summer evenings with a glass of wine, comfortable barbecue with your family or friends or even can sunbathe. The house is surrounded by fields, olive terraces and gardens with an open view into the wide valley. The site is not fenced and partially terraced. Since the dry stone walls are 2 meters high and unsecured part, we keep the property for families with children under 6 years of unsuitable.
'Casa in ne Barche "is for those who love nature and peace, for those looking for something special, something you will not find in any travel brochure.

The leading through the village only road is a dead end and ends on the sunny piazza. Here village festivals are celebrated in summer now and then, the tourists are always welcome. The nearest grocery stores are located in Vasia (2 km) and Pantasina (1 9 km), the nearest restaurant in Vasia. The owner of the "mom and pop" shop in Vasia is also the operator of the restaurant, so bring the rolls directly to reserve your table!
