The sofa for the 5th person is placed in the kitchen. The kitchen contains dishes and cutlery, a stove with an oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A maximum of two pets per reservation are welcome, upon request and against surcharge. There is a barbecue in the yard. Kobiljak cove, where this holiday home is located, can be reached by car on a local improvised road. These improvised roads can be significantly damaged due to bad weather (rain), and therefore, a careful and slow driving is definitely required. The house is about 300m away from the parking lot by land, about 100m by air; the parking lot and the vehicles on it are visible from the house. This public parking is free of charge. Ferry tickets are not included in the rental price.Running cold water from a tank with a volume of 25,000 l is installed in the kitchen, toilet and bathroom with shower. The outdoor shower has a black container that warms up by the warmth of the sun. Water and electricity should be used sparingly here.
