Enjoy the Baltic Sea in an exclusive apartment with all comforts. It is located close to the beach, right on the coast bike path between Kuehlungsborn and Warnemünde and a short walk from the pier. If you fancy a swim, you just jump in the Baltic Sea, only 60 m is located behind the house. Enjoy the sun in the sea air on the south-west balcony until sunset. The equipment is high quality and leaves nothing to be desired, you will feel at home. The property was in 2016 rebuilt. The ground floor has a café, underground parking and Wi-Fi are free, and there is a lift and a bicycle storage room.

Hervorragend

Sehr schöne saubere Wohnung in der an alles gedacht wurde. Wir haben nichts vermisst…. die Größe ist wirklich ausreichend wir waren zu zweit hier….aber auch zu dritt wäre die Wohnung völlig ok. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen….hervorzuheben ist noch die super Lage… wir haben von hier sehr viel unternommen….. schöne Radtouren nach Kühlungsborn…man ist mit dem Auto schnell in Rostock…. und auch schnell in Warnemünde was man unbedingt besuchen sollte…. insgesamt ein toller Urlaub….. wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen…

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach herrlich. Das Wetter war top und wir konnten sogar den Balkon nutzen. Unsere Nachbarn haben dies ebenfalls getan und dann sitzt man leider ziemlich nah aneinander. Private Gespräche kann man da nicht führen. Das ist das einzige Manko an der Wohnung. Ansonsten ist sie ganz nach unserem Geschmack eingerichtet und bietet viel Stauraum in wirklich allen Räumen. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort.

Heiligendamm im Oktober 2021

Die Wohnung ist wie abgebildet sehr schick, für zwei Personen ideal und gut ausgestattet. Einzig die Kopfkissen waren für uns viel zu weich, aber das empfindet sicherlich jeder anders. Das ganze Gebäude wirkt hochwertig und modern , mit Lichtautomatik auf den Gängen und im Keller und gut gedämmten Türen, sodass selbst vom Nachbarn nichts zu hören war. Tiefgarage und Aufzug sind absolut von Vorteil. Allerdings war die Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder sehr begrenzt. Wenn damit geworben wird, dann müssen auch ausreichend Möglichkeiten vorhanden sein. Der Abstellraum bot Platz für max. 20 Fahrräder. Bei fast 40 Wohneinheiten wird das, wie auch bei uns, schnell knapp! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vor Ort leider gar nicht vorhanden und die wenigen Lokale sehr teuer, sodass wir auf die Nachbarorte ausgewichen sind, was grundsätzlich kein Problem ist, jedoch immer mit Fahrerei verbunden ist. Der Strand, die Seebrücke und die weißen Häuser an der Promenade sind sehr schön, sodass wir bis auf wenige Abstriche unsere Tage in Heiligendamm sehr genossen haben.

> Sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Lage> > Wir lieben Heiligendamm und waren schon mehrmals im Grandhotel. > Diesmal haben wir uns für eine Ferienwohnung entschieden und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Wohnung befindet sich in toller Lage und ist hervorragend eingerichtet, geschmackvoll und gemütlich. Sehr angenehm empfanden wir die bequemen Betten in komfortabler Höhe und mit verstellbaren Kopfteil. Auch gibt es genug Stauraum für die Sachen. > Die Lage des Balkons abseits der Straße auf der Sonnenseite hat uns gut gefallen. Rundum, auch Dank der Wohnung, ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
