Charming Majorcan finca, very quiet, yet within walking distance to the center of Pollenca, on the back of the famous Calvario Hill, located. The house is on a cul de sac with little traffic and offers complete privacy with breathtaking views in the Tramuntana mountains.

The house is surrounded by a beautiful, fantastically overgrown garden, which is located on different levels. Several sun paths and grassy areas provide opportunities to retreat in tranquility. At the top level there is a covered barbecue area with outdoor fridge and a rustic seating. On the level below is the oval pool with free the 3 beds for sunbathing. Tucked away between the bushes can be found here also an outdoor shower.

At the level of the house is very spacious sun terrace, including a shady, cozy dining area, located. At the big table many guests can be seated. Towards evening can be observed here from beautiful sunsets.

At the front of the house there is a large terrace with vines and bougainvillea. Entering the house, the foyer leads to the left in 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with twin beds), each equipped with fitted wardrobes and a bathroom (en-suite). On the right side we find an office with two seating areas, which could in principle be used as a bed units, and a bathroom with shower. The hallway leads to the large master bedroom suite with another, very large bathroom with bath and shower. From this bedroom you can open a double door that leads to a small terrace with two sun loungers. Again, there is also an outdoor shower.

On the upper floor is the cozy living room with fireplace and access is a seating area with sofa, which opens to the garden with swimming pool. In the living room, a music system and a TV is available, as well as some board games and a bookcase in which may be browsed like.

The bright and spacious dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room with Miele appliances shoot at the first floor.

Additional features air conditioning in all bedrooms and oil central heating with radiators throughout the house. There is a carport for 2 cars.

The house provides its guests privacy, quiet, beautiful views and proximity to the beach of Port de Pollenca. The short walk to the old town Pollenca and its amenities make this villa a perfect holiday! A wonderful and unique location! This house is not suitable for small children because of its pool and its various terrace levels.

EIN HAUS ZUM WOHLFÜHLEN UND ENTSPANNEN!

Nun schon zum zweiten Mal (Mai 2013/August 2014) haben wir eine wundervolle Woche in El COSTE DEL CALVARIO verbracht. Ein Feriendomizile, dass sowohl ruhig gelegen, aber dennoch fußläufig zum Ort Pollensa liegt, wo sich viele nette Geschäfte, Restaurants und der Marktplatz befinden.

Auf dem schön bewachsenen Grundstück kann jeder „seine Nische“ finden, um auch mal ungestört und in Ruhe zu verweilen, da die Gartenanlage diverse Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten bietet.

Auch innen ist das Haus großzügig geschnitten und geschmackvoll und qualitätsbewusst eingerichtet. In der Küche mangelt es an nichts sowohl Geschirr als auch Besteck sind reichlich vorhanden.

Die drei Schlafzimmer sind mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet, was besonders im August sehr angenehm war. Die Betten sind bequem und in den Badezimmern sind genügend Handtücher vorhanden. Insgesamt haben wir alles sehr sauber und ordentlich vorgefunden.

Das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse, direkt am Wanderweg zum Kloster Lluc. Den abendliche Blick auf die Serra de Tramuntana, hinter der man die Sonne traumhaft untergehen sieht, haben wir besonders genossen, ob von der Grillecke aus, vom Pool oder der riesigen Terrasse ...

Vom Haus aus kann man herrliche Fahrradtouren unternehmen z.B. Richtung Port de Pollensa oder Alcudia. E- Bikes und auch Roller können direkt auf der Straße im Refugi Pont Roma ausgeliehen werden.

Insgesamt ist es ein traumhafter, friedlicher Ort, an den wir gerne zurückkehren möchten.

perfect location

There is not much to add to the accurate description of the owner. We liked the tranquility of the place and this in walking distance to the city centre. We hiked along the great hiking paths around the Lluc monastery (~25 min drive) - July being not the best season as its very hot - and the beaches Albercutx & Pollensa (~ 7km). The terraces in the back offer both sun and shade.

We can highly recommend the place.

Wonderfully quiet location on the outskirts of Pollenca, on the back of the Calvary.

The house is located on a large plot with ample views of the Tramuntana Mountains and Surrounding Country. Within walking distance there are small shops and a bakery, also the center of Pollenca is just a few minutes. There are a number of restaurants, shops, galleries and places to stay, ideal even out of season. Particularly worth experiencing is the large Sunday market, which runs through the streets of Old Town. From the house can be ideal for hikes make. B. Lluc or Puig Marie, with wide view of the surroundings. Even with the bike can explore the surroundings gorgeous. Several borrowed is available on site. The long sandy beach of Port de Pollenca can be reached by car in 15 minutes maximum. Here a variety of water sports (surfing, sailing, canoeing, kite surfing, fishing trips ...) are offered. From the port in Port de Polleca also Tourboat start z. B. Cap Formentor or booked in the surrounding. Of course, can also boats for hire. The city of Palma can be reached by car in 45 minutes. Thither there is also a regular bus service.
