Einmalige Lage, aber verbesserungswürdig

Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Nahe am historischen Zentrum, aber gerade weit genug weg, um aus dem Trubel zu sein. Der See ist 30 Meter entfernt, das Haus hat einen eigenen Zugang zum See mit Liegestühlen, Badeleiter. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, die Möbel und Küche hat ihre beste Zeit hinter sich (Spülmaschine fehlte, Abzugshaube defekt, kaum Ausstattung). Leider war auch das Bad feucht (ggf. wegen des vielen Regens?). Wlan ist nur im Hausflur zu empfangen. Zum Glück war das Team vor Ort sehr hilfsbereit und hat immer eine gute Lösung gefunden. Mit wenig Aufwand kann man hier wieder eine Traumunterkunft draus machen.

Top Lage

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist einmalig, direkt am Wasser mit eigenem Steg und Liegewiese. Die Unterkunft selbst war renovierungsbedürftig, insbesondere die Küchenausstattung, WLAN war nur außerhalb der Wohnung im Eingangsbereich verfügbar. Das Team vor Ort war aber sehr hilfreich und zuvorkommend und hat uns trotz der Einschränkungen zu einem sehr schönen Aufenthalt verholfen. Dafür möchte ich mich noch einmal herzlich bedanken!

Séjour paisible

Tout était super. La vue sur le lac, la plage privée, l'appartement. Le coin cuisine mériterait un rafraîchissement, plus d'équipements (vaisselle, bols, etc.. ) et de rangement pour les denrées. Heureusement nous n'étions que 2, car il manquait une troisième chaise à l'extérieur et le parasol était défectueux. Nous sommes tout de même ravis de notre séjour.

Lage perfekt! Für die spärliche Ausstattung der Wohnung zu teuer! Alte vergammelte Küche sowie Utensilien ! Gartenstühle und Tisch erneuerungsbedürftig! Blick auf den See wird durch Sträucher leider verdeckt!

Einrichtung lässt zu wünschen übrig

Die Wohnung bzw. das Haus liegen traumhaft. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist allerdings eine Katastrophe. Es gibt beispielsweise kein Licht.Die Dunstabzugshaube würde wahrscheinlich noch nie gereinigt. An den Kühlschrank kommt man nur, wenn man zwei Türen aufmacht. Ein angebliches W-lan ist im Haus nicht vorhanden. Die Hauseingangstür ließ sich nicht schließen. Wir hatten ein bisschen den Eindruck, dass in den letzten Jahren keine Investitionen mehr stattfanden. Dafür wird aber immer noch ein hoher Preis für die Wohnung verlangt.
