Private: swimming pool heated (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec., extra). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, single garage. Supermarket 400 m, restaurant 450 m, sandy beach "Tigertail Beach" 800 m. Golf course 5 km, tennis 3 km. IMPORTANT: Between 20:00 and 7:00 no noise or sounds within 20 meters from the property. Garbage : Yellow cart for: Paper, Towels, Metal, Kitchenware, Plastic, Glass. Green cart for: Rest of the Waste. Sunday evening only green cart needs to be left outside. Wednesday evening green and yellow cart put after 18:00 beside the street (see neighbors). Following day before 18:00 PM put the cart beside the house.

The house was great, no complaints there. My only complaint is we picked up our keys in the key box and it had no address of where our house was, the office would not answer the phone. So my husband and I were stranded, we had to go through the pictures provided of the house and thankfully we found a picture of the front of the house that had the address number but still had no idea what street it was on. We had to drive around and up and down streets to find the house that matched the pictures.

The property is extremely clean and conveniently located. Pool gets morning to mid afternoon sun. Furnishings are outdated and master bed/pillows not that comfortable, It's still a nice place to stay overall!
