Child friendly single-family house "Verudica", built in 1877, renovated in 2012. In the district of Verudela 4 km from the centre of Pula, traffic calmed area, at the seaside, on the beach. Skvělá dovolená.

Vynikající klidné místo přímo u moře a opět skvěle strávená dovolená v tomto rekreačním domě. Výhodou je příjemný relax při hraní golfu na překrásném hřišti v nedaleké Savudriji.

Lage traumhaft, Zustand na ja

Ergebnis vorweg: wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub, die Lage und Architektur des Hauses sind wirklich einmalig. Leider gab es am Zustand des Hauses doch Kritikpunkte. Trotz Hinweises Nicht entfernter Hundekotbeutel, sehr wackeliges Stockbett, verdreckter Grill und Kühlschrank. Badegäste ignorieren den Zaun und das Tor, wollen sich zu einem auf die Terrasse legen und mussten öfter "verscheucht" werden. Der Vermieter muss bei dem Preis einfach mehr investieren! Ansonsten super.

Rekreační dům Pula Verudica

Naprosto výjimečná dovolená, dům přímo u moře v překrásném okolí. Velice jsme byli spokojeni. Pokud situace bude příští rok příznivá a tento dům dostupný, rádi se opět vrátíme.

Naprosto výjimečné místo, zanedbaná údržba

Jedná se o naprosto úžasné a výjimečné místo, které, dle mého názoru, nemá v v dané lokalitě konkurenci. Na své si přijdou romantici i ti, kteří mají raději společnost. Západy slunce z terasy domu byly dech beroucí. Na zahradě zrovna dozrály fíky... Prostě nádhera! V domě je však zanedbaná údržba. Nefunkční elektrické zásuvky v ložnici, nefunkční bidet v koupelně hlavního domu, nefunkční plynový gril (ucpané trysky) a při silnějším dešti poslední noc silně zatékalo do přístavby.
