Helpful staff

The staff was very helpful upon our arrival. As we had not asked for linen and towels beforehand, but needed it, they helped us find a taxi to reach the apartment with the load of linen and towels we got from the office. *It was unclear to us, when we booked the place on Expedia, that we had to ask for those items. The apartment was clean and the location was convenient, at a wakling distance form the beach and restaurants in Saint-Jean-de-Luz. However, a little renovation would do no harm.

L'appartement se trouve à distance de marche de la gare et du centre de Saint-Jean-de-Luz. Notez qu'il faut demander la literie et les serviettes contre un supplément! La documentation intiale reçue de l'agence était en allemand seulement, mais nous l'avons ensuite reçu en anglais. Le personnel sur place était toutefois très sympathique et aidant. Notez qu'il n'y a pas de wi-fi, ni d'air climatisé. L'endroit es propre, mais un petit rafraichissement ne ferait pas de tort.

Séjour parfait

L'agence..Employés disponibles et à l'écoute. La personne qui nous a accueilli, très agréable et souriante. L'appartement.. absolument rien à dire, propre, silencieux, bien aménagé, et équipé. Les chambres assez spacieuses avec rangement, la salle de bain, toilettes séparés. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. La terrasse offre une vue dégagée sur les toits de Ciboure jusqu'à Ste Barbe, et compte tenue des températures lors de notre séjour (entre 30° et 35°) nous n'avons pas eu chaud, exposition parfait

Dommage car du potentiel.

Vraiment dommage, résidence calme, bien située meme si peu de places de parking dans les rues voisines. Mais appartement nécessite petit rafraîchissement et surtout plus de soins à accorder entre 2 locations. Ménage réellement pas fait (période pandémie) pourtant l'agence nous a garanti un ménage approfondie intra location. Pas d'aléses sur les matelas (hygiène bof), cuvette toilette en mauvais état et pas de piles dans les télécommandes.
