Entrance hall. Exit to the garden. Kitchen 10 m2 (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, freezer). Bath/shower/WC. Electric heating, gas heating. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: non-smokers only. TV only EN. Typical garden flat accessible by steps from street level and facing a private rear garden. Not suitable for children under 3 years.

Shop, grocery 500 m, restaurant 650 m, bus stop 150 m, railway station Edinburgh Waverley or Haymarket 1.5 km, indoor swimming pool 850 m. Golf course (18 hole) 3 km. Please note: not suitable for small children. Bus stop to the airport at 700m. Meter parking fees in Eton Terrace: £2 per hour week days, maximum stay 4 hours in non-resident bays. Free parking from 5.30 pm to 8.30am and at weekends. Nearest free parking during weekdays at Craigleith Shopping Centre, just off Queensferry Road (bus n. 41).
