Haus mit Potential

Von außen sehr hübsch! Garten mit Sitzmöbel und Sonnenschirm! Innen naja, WC schmutzig und es riecht übel! WC Tür schließt nur mit zuschließen! Innenausstattung sehr in die Jahre gekommen! Alles ist irgendwie schmuddelig! Der Teppich bestand eigentlich nur aus Hundehaaren!! Alles in allem kann man dort Urlaub machen, man macht es sich sauber und ist ja nur zum schlafen da! Aber es hätte bei einer Grundreinigung und Erneuerung einiger Dinge echt potential!

Haus mit Potential

Unser Empfang zur Schlüsselübergabe sehr freundlich und ohne Probleme! Das Haus war von außen einladend! Umgebung ist auch recht ruhig und etwas abseits vom Trubel. Innen ist es zweckmäßig eingerichtet! Leider ist es sehr schmuddelig und das ein oder andere ist überholungsbedürftig! WC Tür konnte man nicht normal zu machen! Die Toilette war schmutzig, diese musste ich erstmal putzen und es roch nicht schön! Die Fronten der Küche könnten auch mal einen Putzlappen gebrauchen und der Teppich im Wohnzimmer mit seinen vielen Hundehaaren könnte auch weg! Das Bad ist ausreichend groß mit einer großen Duschkabine! Die leider undicht ist und das Wasser sich beim duschen nach draußen arbeitet! Alles in allem kann man es aushalten wenn man nicht genau hinschaut! Aber tatsächlich kann man für das Geld dort mal ein wenig investieren! Bis zum Strand war es nicht weit, dort lässt es sich aushalten! Bars, Cafés usw gibt es alles fußläufig! An der Küste entlang kann man von einer Bucht zur nächsten spazieren! Das war für uns das schönste und wir konnten die Weite des Meeres genießen!

Charmante maison de vacances

La maison est très bien équipée et très fonctionnelle avec un petit terrain arboré qui fait le tour de la maison. Elle est idéalement située dans un quartier calme à 600m de Pontaillac. Seul petit bémol : l'odeur de moisi quand on rentre la première fois dans la maison...

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung!!

Sehr schöne Lage in ruhigem Wohngebiet. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge und Strandbesuche. Super Fahrradwege an der Küste entlang beginnen in direkter Nähe! Vermieter super nett und hilfsbereit. Ausstattung der Küche in Ordnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

La maison que nous avions réservée au départ n'a pas pu nous être louée et nous avons eu celle-ci à la place: nous n'avons pas été déçus: calme, propreté, bon équipement.
