Pity about the annexe
The main accommodation was lovely, couldnt fault it at all. On the other hand the annexe was a disappointment from the get go, with multiple issues that were not resolved during our stay, despite our best efforts. Sadly the response to the problems was ' we've been busy sorting out our other new rentals', which obviously wasn't really the excuse we wanted to hear. Issues reported during stay: no tv reception, Electric trips out, no hot water - issues resolved 0, no customer service at all

Home from home
Just returned from a week in fabulous Cornwall. The property we stayed in was perfect for us. There are lots of stairs (which we knew), so may not be suitable for everybody. The fact that the property was high up meant we were afforded gorgeous views from the lounge of both the sea and the deer on the land beside us. The management company was really helpful too... coming out to help with a stuck door almost immediately. We had the annexe and loved it!!!
